Wow, these sweet and sour gummy Twin Snakes are so delicious -- they are addictive! Gummy candy is my favourite kind of candy, and I have to say, Haribo (the creators of the original gummy candies) have outdone themselves with these new gummies. Twin Snakes are gummies in the shape of serpents; they are similar to gummy worms, but fused together, each with a sweet and sour side. (Note: the sour snakes thankfully aren't sprinkled with acidic sour crystals like most sour gummy worms.) The flavours are incredibly tasty, and the balance of sweetness and sourness go together perfectly like Yin and and Yang! I think they taste the best when eaten fused, so the sweet and sour flavours mix, but you can also pull them apart and eat the sweet and sour ones individually. The flavours are also paired perfectly: Sweet Grape (purple) with Sour Orange (orange), Sweet Apple (green) with Sour Lemon (yellow), and Sweet Blueberry (blue) with Sour Blackcurrant (red). (I just wish there were more flavours, such as: "Sweet Strawberry and Sour Lime", "Sweet Pineapple and Sour Black Cherry", and "Sweet Peach and Sour Mango". These are just my ideas. Hopefully Haribo will release more flavours! This candy is ingenious -- so many possibilities!) I first bought a pack to try at my local World Market about two months ago. Once I had a taste, I was hooked! Unfortunately, these turned out to be a very popular product (no surprise -- they're fantastic!) so I was forced to look online to order some for my family for Christmas, as my local store had run out of stock. I was delighted to find them here on Amazon, in a box of twelve packs, sold by Great Goods Inc. My family and I will surely enjoy these for the holidays. I highly recommend these super-yummy sweet and sour Twin Snakes to all gummy candy enthusiasts young and old.

First of all, Twin Snakes is arguably the best candy Haribo makes if you like sour candy. It combines sour and sweet and the sour is not the kind that makes your mouth lose a layer of skin if you eat too much like some of the powder coated candy out there. Instead you get a juicy feeling, deliciously flavored tart candy. I go through a bag in one sitting, unfortunately. It's that good. As for this specific multi-pack: You get a big box with 12 of these puppies in it. The box is a good size so candy is not crushed in it. The packs (2 so far with a subscription) arrived in good shape. Nothing was melted in any of my packs, which is a common concern for shipped gummy candy I have read in other reviews. So overall, you get the best Haribo for the best price, in great shape. The only problem you'll face will be not going through the entire box in a short time.

These are delicious. But I have found a better deal at Walmart and in a larger bag.

These are one of my favorite candies as far as flavor. Each “twin” snake has one sweet and one sour snake connected together. The flavor when you take a bite of it at same time is what I love. It allows your mouth to enjoy both in different ways at same time. They are kind of rubbery and get tougher once the bag is open which makes it sometimes hard to bite through so only a 4 for consistent freshness. I still buy them frequently for the flavor.

I always order the twin snakes for my husband who loves sour gummies. These are very sour and chewy! If you leave the bag open for a little while, it gets oxidized so it becomes even more chewy.

I love Twin Snakes. It's my favorite candy. They're gummy but firm, so you kind of have to work on it. You get interesting flavor combinations as well, including some non-standard flavors that you don't usually see in gummies, such as sour orange or black currant. Again, I love these things. They are my favorite, and after you have them, they'll be your favorite too.

The box and description state 12- 5oz bags, order only came with 11. I bought these for my daughter’s bday party, thankfully only 10 favors needed.
