4 stars only because it isn't a miracle worker (for me). I suffer with neuropathy that will keep me awake until around 3:00 a.m.. at which time I fall asleep from exhaustion. I have tried many things on the market that claim to be effective. So far, nothing has worked. My Doctor-prescribed medication works...but only if I take every dose during the day at the correct time. I'm active, so I'm often away from my house at the exact time to take a dose. When this happens, I must go through the same horrific ordeal with hopes of falling asleep from exhaustion. This means another night of tossing and turning and prancing the floor hoping my feet will numb enough to allow me to fall into a deep sleep. I saw this, Sciaturna (name changed), and figured it would be worth a try. After all the only monetary lose will be about the cost of an evening meal. Well, it arrived in about 24 hours and that same evening my feet were giving me a fit. So, I introduced my feet to a product that claims to be effective. I am very pleased to say that the pain diminished enough for me to fall asleep that evening as soon as my head hit the pillow. To me, this product is a winner.

I had very bad issues with sciatica. I was skeptical about "another cream/balm". Boy was I wrong! This balm goes on easy, it is not greasy, has a pleasant scent that does not linger. It does not irritates skin and does not stains clothing. Starts to work after 5 minutes of application. Goes on smoothly. This Cream WORKS! It is worth every penny to be able to sleep without being in pain all night. Will be ordering it again! It is a MUST HAVE if you suffer from Sciatica nerve issues.

Helped slightly. Relieved pain somewhat with limited movements. But not at all while walking. Strong scent that diminishes gradually.

This product claims to help with sciatica, and it says use it three times a day. I applied it and felt some warming feeling for about 5 minutes, it didn't do very much at all, I had to more on again 5 minutes later, I would not recommend this product, your throwing away your money
