I'm surprised at its effectiveness. I was actually quite tired of trying to find something that'll make doing high impact exercises more bearable. I nearly spent thousands on buying yet another sports bra when I saw this product in my recommendations. Thing is, sports bras provide good support from the sides and below but to minimize bounce you need something with the right firmness to hold you down right above your bust line, and this does just that. I can do high impact exercises without feeling as self conscious as I did before.Tip: if you, like me do not want to wear it outside your shirt in public, wear it right under your sports bra. To minimize chafing, I first wear a home bra (air bra or those thin ones you wear at home and while sleeping---for this purpose I use the ones that are cheap and available in bulk, i.e. packs of two and three). Over that, I wear this strap (it can fit women of most sizes, i.e. S to at least XXL). Then I put on a good quality sports bra and my t-shirt.

Firstly the size is extra small and then when placed a return request,the seller seems to be so laid back to initiate the same and so is amazon..must say didn’t expect this from Amazon and the company..disappointed

It's so useful during workout and aerobics and really comfortable insted of buying costly sports bra to prevent bounce but they never fits to my size either too loose or tight that's why I bought this and I'm satisfied with it

It is good when it stays at one place. During uplifts and all it really feels uncomfortable and either it moves up or moves down. Doesnt serve the purpose. Does not stick at one place.

Such item can be locally made at very cheap cost eg Rs 50-60.. The item was without manufacturers details/brand name etc

The fabric quality is good. The size alao fits well. Overall good product
