Impressed by today’s run!
It’s hard to say how good or not good supplements like these are and I am certainly not someone who’s had the science background to dissect the chemical composition of this and impact to muscle, etc.,..But what can tell you is that I do run. Not fast, but fairly regular. In the past 7 days I’ve put in 5 runs. Today was the first time I used this pre-work out mix and was pleasantly surprised. I had planned to run 6.2 miles, but felt really good at mile 5 that I ended up running 9.3 miles.I understand there could be other factors (sleep, temperature, etc.,..) but this was the big “different” that was out of my routine. I didn’t feel overwhelmingly tired or thirsty during or after the run, and was actually even able to hand wash my car afterwards.Flavor is good. I use a magicbullet to mix this, so I can’t comment much on how hard or easy this mixes/dissolves. No tingling in my cheeks (that I get with some other brand). If I feel any different or get significantly different results on my next long run, I’ll update this review, but based on today’s experience, definitely 5 stars! Hope this review helps you out.

I feel nothing
I switched from preWOD to Flow because I didn't like how all that caffeine in preWOD made me feel. With Flow, I dont feel any boost though and don't notice any gain in endurance. I used it for 4 weeks before Crossfit workouts. I dont recommend.I'm still a Driven fan - I used their whey, casein and postWOD products daily. This product just didn't hit

Decent flavor but chalky consistency and overpriced for a mediocre workout supplement
Review of: **Driven Nutrition Flow - Cognitive Enhancing Nitric Oxide Nootropic - Endurance & Energy - Increase Focus, Athletic Performance, Muscle Mass - Vitamin B12 & Electrolytes - Podium Punch, 60 Servings**I've used dozens of pre-workout (PWO) products and other fitness supplements over the past 30+ years of working out in gyms, and this Flow supplement from Driven Nutrition is mediocre at best. The flavor is pretty good (I tried Podium Punch), but this gets overshadowed by the chalky consistency that doesn't go away regardless of how much it is mixed. It does mix pretty easily with just a standard blender bottle. In terms of effectiveness, Flow was decent in terms of providing a little boost of sustained energy during workouts. I didn't notice anything special in terms of focus or mental acuity, but I don't normally detect much from nootropic products. Since there are no stimulants in Flow, you are not going to get that crazy level of energy that some PWO products tend to get. And nothing in here seemed to generate a significant muscle pump.I also noticed that the description in the product listing has multiple references to a product called "Pump", which is not this product ("Flow"). I'm kind of wondering if the entire product description was for a different supplement.I've found this isn't a bad supplement to use for an endurance type of workout, like cycling or running, but not the best for the gym. The ingredients include artificial flavors, Sucralose, and Ace-K, none of which I'm a big fan of. Since you get 60 servings from a $47 bottle, the price per serving is pretty reasonable (about 80 cents per serving).Overall, I cannot really recommend Flow, even at the relatively low price they're charging for it. I would not order this product again.

Decent taste, moderate energy boost, but not a true electrolyte mix
Taste:The lemon flavor is palatable, but it's not my favorite. It's decent enough that I don't mind drinking this daily.Energy boost:There's a moderate energy boost to this mix. The energy boost is similar to a single cup of coffee.Focus:I've used this mix for several weeks, and I've never felt I experienced increased focus.Electrolyte:If you look at the ingredients in this mix, you'll notice that the per serving dosing is too weak for this mix to be considered a true electrolyte mix.Bottom line:This mix tastes decent, and provides a moderate energy boost, but it's not a true electrolyte mix, and it's a bit pricey per serving.3 stars.

Maybe...
Maybe......there is a "nootropic" effect.I didn't find myself losing count of reps or stalling (brain wise) as to what exercise was next (as I sometimes do); but it's also not like I had super sharp brain power going on; like I said...maybe.I found the flavor to be acceptable, not stellar.I made this within the range of product to water ratio suggested on the canister, for me, that was one scoop to 10 ounces of bottled water. The mouth feel was a little "powdery".The product settled every time I let the bottle sit in between sets; I checked the bottom of the bottle and you could see the powder/product.Not really a big deal, but it's what I experienced.Another reviewer mentioned "clumps" in the container, despite the "dry packet"; I also experienced a mix of powder and clumps, and other than the product settling that I just described, I found this mixed well.As I've been taking L-Arginine or a AAKG type supplement for years, I don't notice a "nitric kick" from this. It's an okay product that will get used, but I wouldn't say it will be top of the heap of other like products that I have ordered/reviewed.I would like to give this 3.5 stars, but will be kind in the heading and post it as 4.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
