YES. all pieces can wash. preferrably soak it and hand wash and line dry or dryer. machine wash will damage the "leather" finish but wont entire ruin the band. i have done both. the machine did cause some tearing on the "leather" front finish. but still works good.

Hi Emily. My rule of thumb, make sure there’s enough room to put your first too fingers right in the front comfortably without force.

no. one circle at a time. depends on the size of the hernia
