I read in one of the reviews that this contains the soy lecithin gmo...is this true?

What is the percentage of Silymarin concentration in the capsules? Ive been told for it to be effective it needs to be 70-80%

It just says 4.1 concentrated extract 375 mg on the bottle. No other info.
