I love this probiotic. My husband takes it and it seems to really help his gut. I love that it has the added benefit of the mushrooms in it as well. It works well and is a great value for the money. The capsules are an average size and are easy to swallow. I love anything by Ancient Nutrition, they always seem to be a good quality and effective! Would highly recommend these probiotics especially if you have food sensitivities or SIBO like my husband does!

This is the best probiotics I have ever taken. Since I started, I have better digestion, less bloating and feel good, plus heló me to recover from a stomach virus. Highly recommended!

I have tried many different probiotics to help with my ongoing SIBO and gut issues after several abdominal surgeries and bouts with h pylori. With most I couldn’t tell much if a difference. These Ancient Nutrition SBO probiotics are the only ones I’ve found that truly helped. I started to see results within a week, and after 6 weeks all my symptoms have greatly improved to the point I no longer (or rarely) have uncomfortable bloating and fullness.
