I’m in my early 40s and have very fine, thin and FRIZZY as hell hair. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and anything I’ve tried either didn’t work or left my hair looking oily and gross. Did not care for the scent for one thing. The product did not moisturize my hair, and made it feel straw-like. I did not experience any of the claims it makes. I used it for several months and had to stop using. Saw no fullness or thickness in my hair. Hair looked thin. Will not buy again, does not work as advertised.

First dispenser pump arrived broken but contents of bottle still useable. Second order arrived with improved, not broken, pump dispenser that works very well. Product thickness and consistency is very good; I especially like its absence of scent -- almost odorless but maybe a slight hint of vanilla? I live in a hot climate where the humidity is (thankfully!) sometimes as low as 5% but I believe Biotin keeps my hair moisturized.

Conditioner is really nice. My hair is now shiny. No more dryness, it smells very nice. Made my hair shiny and manageable. I have been using this since last year. I still have falling hair but minimal. My hair got thicker and see lots of baby hair. Be patient, allow it do it’s magic.

The conditioner leaked all over. Wanted a lot of its content.

I have tried many hair conditioners and they just are not suitable, some have too much softness, so my hair just lies flat, and others have too little which makes my hair fly away. This conditioner is just right for my hair. Leaves my hair shiny and manageable.
