This came well packaged and when assembled it's pretty sturdy. I found it necessary to call in the wife to assist in the early stages to help hold pieces together while I attached the top and bottom bolts to each. Once all the parts were assembled and the bed stood upright with just the top and bottom bolts in place, then it was just a tedious job of screwing in the other ones. There are 7 bolts to attach each section together, 70 in total! Possibly excessive but it's not going to fall apart! I picked this item rather than one of the many other raised beds because it's taller and will hopefully save me from bending over as much. I haven't filled it full yet, wanted to get it planted for the summer/autumn and to see how things go. The only negative I can add it that the corner sections are coated in blue. This looks like it would be a long job to try and take off, but it didn't worry me so I left it on and I'm really happy with the item.

Nicely constructed easy to assemble only negative is it really needs a centre brace as it bows when soil is added.

Before putting together I put some gravel stones on the ground then put the raised garden planter on top of the gravel. Then put chicken wire inside the planter. Then I put cardboard down used the box it came in after taking the tape off. Then I started to put untreated timber old stuff, going to put a lot more old timber into the planter. Then some in going to put garden soil that I had after digging my garden to put wildflower down. Then the normal topsoil ext. Easy to put together just take it slowly. Put 2 long side together. Then put 2 corner sides on (1on each side. Then same all round.

This was OK except for the largish gaps at the corners when assembled. These are numerous (because of the corrugation) and would allow soil/water to leak out. When I assembled the unit I covered the insides of the corners with strong duct tape. I have no idea how long that will last. The other issue is that the unit bulges outwards at the centre of each long side, when filled with compost. I thought that this might happen and asked the manufacturer if there was a brace. There reply was that I could return the unit for a refund if I didn't want it.... I wish now that I had gone down to my local DIY store to see if there was anything I could have bought to use as a brace. Over the top would not do - it would have to be about half way down and installed before filling... I don't really fancy emptying half of the contents out...

Good communication from seller arrived at least one week earlier than expected- which was great. Love the colour easy to assemble. However, husband reinforced the central joints Decided to sink them in ground so they are now 40cm high very happy . Look sturdy expecting long life

Have just moved and bought these for my new garden - they are attractive and sturdy and I can’t wait for spring to plant out my veggies

Quite easy to put together but sharp edges on corner posts cut my hand twice on them think they need to be a bit stronger as when filled with 1 ton of soil the sides tended to bow out needed to put cross support to stop this ,think they should be supplied with kit.

Haben mittlerweile zwei dieser Hochbeete im Garten. Wer schonmal einen Schraubendreher und Maulschlüssel in der Hand hatte, dürfte mit dem Aufbau keine Schwierigkeiten haben. Die Anleitung war für mich verständlich und nachvollziehbar. Ohne Füllung mit Erde ist die Konstruktion etwas wackelig. Wir haben Sie daher aufgebaut, mit Noppenfolie ausgekleidet, Kaninchendraht und Kiesel gegen Schädlinge am Boden ausgelegt und dann gleich mit Erde befüllt. Das Hochbeet bringt eine angenehme Arbeitshöhe zur Aussaat und Ernte. Wir pflanzen Salatköpfe, Gurken und Erdbeeren und das hat bisher gut funktioniert. Achtung, nicht bei der Arbeit auf den Rändern des Hochbeets abstützen, das Blech ist dafür nicht stark genug und kann sich verziehen. Ich würde wieder so ein Hochbeet kaufen.

Buono sia il progetto che lavorazione e materiali. Rispetto agli altri qui si va spendere di più sicuramente, ma dopo 1 anno o più posso dire che: - montaggio banale, già è una rottura perché essendo così grande solo riempirlo è faticoso da soli, rispetto gli altri questo a materiali più resistenti e quindi è semplice da montare/smontare - lavorazioni curate, intendo che non è la cineseria che ti rischi di tagliare - è ancora perfetto anche con le intemperie - se negli anni vuoi espandere l’orto con altri pezzi li trovi uguali Contro: Si “bomba” un po’ questa versione se riempito bene e non rinforzato, penso sia normale e non sia un problema funzionale, ma se devi fare l’intero orto così esteticamente è fastidioso, conviene prendere quelli più grandi che hanno il rinforzo Onestamente giocano troppo con i prezzi, vale sicuramente 70 euro del primo che ho comprato, ma poi in base al periodo costa 100, 120 ecc. Io ne ho presi 4, in più periodi, per mio padre con problemi di deambulazione, l’altezza è perfetta per le persone con queste disabilità è molto comodo per gli anziani che non devono piegarsi (e volendo stanno seduti)

Ich kann zwar noch keine Auskunft über die Langlebigkeit des Hochbeetes geben, aber es sieht recht wertig und schön aus. Es ist leicht zusammenzubauen, allerdings haben wir es (nach dem Lesen anderer Rezession) mit Gewindestangen verstärkt. Ohne diesen Gewindestangen würde das Beet, durch den Druck der Erde in der Mitte, ausbeulen. Da wäre der Hersteller gefragt, diesen Konstruktionsfehler zu beheben. Fazit: ohne Gewindestangen kann man es vergessen, mit Gewindestangen ist es ein brauchbares und schönes Hochbeet.

Mal grundsätzlich nichts gegen Stahlhochbeete, ich mag die. Ich fand außerdem super, daß dieses nur 60 cm hoch ist und nicht die üblichen 80, das spart die Schlepperei von mindestens acht Säcken Erde. Und ja, man kann es alleine aufbauen, *wenn* man handwerklich begabt ist, oder, wie ich, ordentlich pfuschen kann. Denn die deutsche Qualitätsfirma Blumfeldt hat's nicht geschafft, die Löcher der einzelnen Teile so vorzubohren, daß das Zeug auch übereinanderpaßt - die Abweichung betrug bis zu 1 cm, ich mußte mit dem Metallbohrer nachpfuschen, um die Schrauben durchstecken zu können. Geht, ist nicht schön, dauert aber auch nicht ewig. Achtet darauf, daß dieses Ding 180 cm lang ist, das heißt, die Erde drückt mit ihrer guten Tonne Gewicht (wenn naß) ordentlich auf der Längsseite aufs Blech. Ich habe daher im örtlichen Einzelhandel 1-Meter-Gewindestangen und passende Muttern besorgt. Achtet drauf, auch drinnen zu kontern, man will ja weder, daß das Ding platzt, noch, daß es einsinkt. Alles in allem, alleine in drei Stunden ausgepackt, vorbereitet und aufgebaut. Aber: Warum bitte muß man diese unsägliche blaue Rostschutzfolie auf etwas aufbringen, das eh draußen landet und mit nassem Erdreich in Kontakt ist? Die Hälfte der Aufbauzeit ging ungelogen dafür drauf, die Folie abzupopeln (ja, nach einer Weile hat man den Dreh raus und kriegt's ganz gut abgezogen, es bleibt trotzdem Feinarbeit übrig). Alles in allem - würd ich das Ding nochmal kaufen? Ja, denn es hat seine Größe als Alleinstellungsmerkmal, und mit den Gewindestangen sollte es auch ausreichend stabil sein. Viel Spaß damit, happy gardening!

Das Hochbeet ist unser erstes. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr prompt. Dem Produkt lag eine chinesisch-englische Aufbauanleitung bei. Allerdings ließ sich der Aufbau auch so gut bewältigen; für andere wäre eine deutschsprachige Anleitung vielleicht hilfreich. Das Hochbeet macht qualitativ einen guten Eindruck; zur Haltbarkeit können wir derzeit verständlicherweise nichts sagen. Der Preis von knapp 100 Euro geht voll in Ordnung. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die obere Abschlusskante, die leicht abgerundet und somit nicht scharf ist. Fazit: Als Einsteigermodell zu empfehlen.
