Best balance between quality and price
After trying a few different brands, or even lines from the same brand (Ive tried UP's Pro Matte as well), these are my personal pick for the best balance of strength, shuffle feel, and price. Ive used some others that are good, maybe even better, but just arent worth the extra couple dollars, and Ive used some that were cheaper, but also felt cheaper. These are an overall good balance and are available in several colors and quantities.

These are the sleeves you're looking for.
First off, I want to clear the other reviews stating that these can't be double sleeved. Proof attached. Secondly, these matte finished sleeves look and feel amazing. They really excel for the price point and are perfectly sized for mtg cards. The qualty of the finish helps dull down the shine on some holo cards making it easier to read the card. These have the opposite effect of slipperiness when it comes to double sleeved cards. The only con I can think of is that any kind of oil will show up on these sleeves. 10/10 highly recommend👍

Decent
Very good protection for the price. Have had no tears they are easy to shuffle and feel good in hand. Colors are great. My only complaint is they don't seem to last as well. They get sticky over time compared to dragon shield or katana.

makes me wet
Great sleeves, only downside is matte fronts wash out foils but there way less slippery and a lot less bulky than dragon shields. Goated sleeve imo, ten outta ten.

The best sleeves!
The only sleeves we will use for Magic the Gathering! We only really play commander and it’s nice to be able to shuffle without being too slippery! The feel of the sleeves are nice! They are durable, protecting your cards well! Worth the money for these!
