**Q: How many pages are in the book?**
A: I'm not sure how many pages, but the book lasted me 3 to 4 months. There are approximately 2 pages per day and 2 extra pages per week to summarize your goals and your accomplishments.  I absolutely love this book -it kept me accountable without anyone else being involved. I was able to lose 21 pounds in 3 months solely due to everything I logged in the book. Proper nutrition, exercise and encouraging goals! I work full time with a 2hr commute and have a young toddler and so even with very limited time I was able to be successful :-) :-) highly recommended!

**Q: any difference in white vs. black book?**
A: There is no difference between the white and black books.  Just the cover!

**Q: Does this version that have the weekly meal plan section? The images in the product description show the old version with just the weekly workout plan**
A: Yes, this version has the weekly meal plan as well

**Q: Anyone use myfitnesspal and still find this book helpful?**
A: I find this book helps me with planning my week and  it was quicker for me to use throughout my day.  I would use myfitnesspal to track what I did to keep up with calorie count.
