Spare set for mounting fail the first time around.
We got the UCLEAR headsets and my husband put the receiver on the mounting clip before he stuck it on the helmet. That was a mistake, as it ended up only sticking on three sides (the tab in the middle gets pushed out by the receiver and it doesn't sit flat). So we bought this and tried again. The correct way to do it is put the mounting clip on your helmet where you want it, stick it down, and then leave it overnight. Then it will be stuck properly all the way around and your receiver will slide in and out - not easily, but it comes out. If you put the receiver on first, the clip sticks out the back. Lesson learned, and now we have a spare mounting clip (the package comes with two).

Good replacement for the original clips
The UClear device clips n as intended. The mounting clip has good adhesive to hold it to the helmet. The 4-star rating is because the clip to hold the receiver in place is a bit weak and the receiver can come off too easily, but this has not happened yet when riding.

It fell off before my first ride.
This item was very upsetting to me. The 3m adhesive would not stick to my helmet for even one ride. Yes I cleaned the helmet with alcohol and let it dry before applying. I applied the mount the night before I was going to ride and made sure it was secured and would dry and be fully applied by the morning. 9 hours later I woke up and put my helmet on and the hbc200 plus was hanging by the wire before I even left my driveway. I tried the second mount and the exact same thing happened. I will be glad to change my rating if the issue is resolved.

Perfect fit for any helmet application
Perfect fit for any helmet application. I have three helmets and each has this attachment. One for my police half shell, One for my three quarter helmet and one for my full face helmet.

Sloppy But Good
Like it better than the removable, however there is some Sloppy Ness , wish the Bluetooth fit tighter
