I tried one dual monitor arm with a crossbar before this one. I couldn't get it to put the monitors in the correct place so I had to return it. This one had more versatility, so I thought I'd give it a shot even though it was significantly more expensive. Once I got it and set it up, the monitors kept tilting down. No matter what I tried I couldn't get them to stay up. Also, with 2 - 27" monitors, they really need to be tilted inward to be able to see both of them well. The tilt that this monitor arm allowed was about 5°, so I still had about a 52" from end to end. I contacted ZGO through their Facebook page, and now two weeks later I still have not heard a single word. So between cost, functionality, and support, this is a terrible monitor arm. It seems like their main selling point is the colored magnets to personalize the arm.
