Avène Tolerance Extreme Cream, Sterile Hydrating Face Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin, Fragrance, Paraben, Soy, Gluten Free, 1.6 oz

This Cleansing Cream leaves skin clean, using a cotton round to carefully wipe skin, and doesn’t dry out my face or leave it irritated like using water does. I have to fold the bottom one/third of tube towards the top of tube upwards to get remainder out of tube, as a good aid for using all of product. It works. Packaging is good! My skin never feels dry and my skin is less reactive & red now! I really like it. I am on my second tube now. Try it for sensitive skin!

I highly recommend using this product when starting topical retinoids. When no other popular products worked, it quickly relieved the burning, stinging, and redness that can occur early on when using retinoids (Aklief , Tretinoin). It did not causes a breakout. I appreciate that it has no discernible scent and is formulated for the most sensitive skin. Alone I didn’t notice much help much with dryness. When combined with a good moisturizer it really calmed my skin, renewed the compromised skin barrier, and expedited the acclimation to topical retinoids. Definitely will continue to use!

I was skeptical about this product as its not cheap and not much come in the bottle but wow i was wrong. I already have dry skin but i got this super dry skin around the nose and chin area which turned red and itchy. This product is on the items that saved my face. I saw results within couple of days. My face isnt crusty which Im am so happy about. A little goes a long way so the amount that comes may seem little but its a effective product. I totally recommend and will be repurchasing again.

I have been using this moisturizer for many years -- I have very sensitive skin, but it is expensive. I have struggled with this packaging. When you get to the bottom of the tube it is impossible to squeeze it out so you have to either cut the tube and risk contaminating the product or discard some of the moisturizer. I have resorted to using jojoba and vitamin e mixture to supplement the cream on alternating days to offset the cost of the Avene product. It does look like there is a new packaging for this product but I haven't tried it yet. It looks like a pump rather than a squeeze tube. I am hoping this will be a better way of utilizing this product.

Despite the price and how much your actually receiving. It worked like it's the 7th wonder miracle of the world for me anyway! I bought the thermal spring water with it too, not knowing it was just water with added minerals I guarantee it's probably helping your skin. I was using a regular Cetaphil lotion for my rashes on my face because I think I have perioral dermatitis. I self diagnosed it because I couldn't match it with anything else that resembled of what else is out there. This cream did it's job in about 3-4 days of applying it morning and at night! Great product Would buy again I just wish it came with a little more with how much your paying for. The tube is designed so your not wasting it which is ideal for a product this expensive. Thank you so much! You don't know what it's like to have a rash on your face and someone looks at you and thinks you have an STD or something.

I never buy expensive beauty products. I recently needed to start using Retin A for precancerous stuff on my face and it dries the heck out of my skin. I was looking for a good nighttime moisturizer that would not sting. This product is terrific. Really moisturizes and no sting. Wish it wasn't so pricey but it works for me.

Overall the cream is okay but Avene priced it too high for such a small tube. It is too costly if I continue to order it. Especially the tube design is not easy to get the cream out when it is not a full tube.

WOW my skin went from red and blotchy, tiny whit irritation bumps on my face to glowy and clear in own week. It feels so soft now. I love the nourishing cream with tolerance combined. My skin changed so quickly. I’m so glad I found this line.
