Extra Deep Fitted Sheets 16"/40CM Deep Polycotton Bedsheets, Single - White

These sheets are of decent quality however, definitely not suitable for mattresses that are 16” or 40cm deep as there isn’t enough fabric to tuck under the mattress. I would say they are ideally suited for a mattresses of 14” or 35cm deep unless you like parts of your mattress exposed which in my opinion definitely isn’t a good look. I now have to find something else, more expense. 😡

I originally gave 4/5 stars as I was pleased with the feel and colour of the product and ordered some extra sheets.Having used these for about 4 months now and a couple of washes later I have noticed it has started pilling!

I had these for some months before using them, thus my delayed reviews. The material is scratchy even after being washed. It does not feel like polyester cotton and certainly not a soft percale. The dye runs onto everything, even when not wet (the pillow protectors are now black). Worse still, one of the seams came apart on the first wash. Total waste of money and not fit for purpose.

I bought the king size extra deep fitted sheet for a king size deep mattress as I bought a deep one from elsewhere previously and it was only just deep enough. This one fits much better and I'm able to tuck it under the mattress. Lovely and soft after washing. The only criticism would be the colour. I ordered the silver, but as with other silver bedding items I've ordered it has a slight 'muddy' tinge to it.

This is an excellent fitted sheet if, like me, you own a mattress that is around 30cm thick. This easily covers our mattress and 6cm topper with room to spare. Would recommend a nice wash to bring out the softness before putting on the bed, material is quite hard straight out of the packet.

So easy to put on, no tugging and walking round and round the bed to tug again and again. This 16" depth reaches to the bottom of the mattress and even underneath it some way.

Not v soft at all. Incredibly are through - I can read my bed label through it!! Elastic was already gone on one corner - but I needed a bed sheet for that night so couldn’t return it. Also my bed frame sort of holds the sheet on anyway.

Pair of white pillowcases, cotton, as ordered, only negative was the finish. Lots of long cotton tails on the outside and I was wary of pulling them in case the edge unravels. Surely they should be inspected for this.
