Huma Chia Energy Gel, Blueberries, 12 Gels - Premier Sports Nutrition for Endurance Exercise

Used on my half-marathon. Perfect for not feeling sick. Not too sweet and perfect fuel for me

I have tried dozens of energy gels, and this is by far one of the best. It’s absolutely delicious, and doesn’t give me any GI issues. It’s like having an easy to digest snack during my long runs. Only downside is the package is wider than standard energy gels, so you have to be careful not to cut the sides of your mouth when consuming.

Huma gels are an amazing product. Unlike other gels that are like eating cake frosting and can become cloying in their sweetness, I can use Huma without getting sick of them. They are easily digestible and have delightful flavors. I do ultra marathons and 70.3 triathlons with these. Wouldn’t use anything else.

I bought a variety pack previously and loved the blueberry one so I got a 12 pack. They taste like jam and I drink it with my acai berry or passionfruit liquid IV and it tastes like a lovely fruit drink. They give me a boost of energy on my runs and help me mark the distance in my long runs (only 1 more gel to go!). I haven't had any issues with digestion.

The flavor is great. I am pleased with the prolonged energy I have.

FINALLY found a quality fueling gel for running. I will never have to look for another gel again. I've tried 4-5 flavors of huma gel and they are all tasty, all natural and do not upset my stomach on lengthy runs. I am gluten free and dairy free and it was a struggle to find running fuel that didn't state, "may contain milk". Found huma gel and I am SO excited, wish I would've found them sooner!

The flavor of this product is fantastic! The thickness is much less that other gels making it easier to swallow while running. I like the lower citric acid content. My only wish is that the top of the gel packaging that is removed during opening had a tether to keep it attached to the main casing so I did not have to deal with the small tab (putting back in my running trunks so not to litter). That would make this product perfect!

The Hüma gels are the best energy gels I’ve tried. Since I’m diabetic, these don’t cause an instant spike in my glucose like others due to the ground chia seeds. They taste great too. I keep a couple in the bag under my seat on my bike. They’re not cheap, but I highly recommend them.

Excelente sabor, consistencia, fácil de digerir y además de que sientes el cambio en la energía rápido.

Not so great as expected. Better but honey based gels.
