These shoes have officially passed the road test! I'm an Orthodox rabbi and was out for my evening stroll, wearing these boots for the first time. Up ahead on the street next to me was a Honda Odyssey van, broken down and blocking traffic. A Gambian father and son were unsuccessfully trying to push the van off the road, but nobody was in the driver's seat and the van was full of the young man's children. I immediately ran over to help push so the old man could get in the driver's seat to steer the van into a driveway. Thank God another man stopped to help, but I ran with them pushing the van for about 200 meters. Not only did the boots perform beyond my expectations, but my feet don't hurt at all afterwards! Not so much as a tear anywhere on the boots even after serious physical exertion, although I don't think that's what they were designed for. Obviously I didn't plan to use them like that, but you should be satisfied to know that they are excellent, durable, well-fitting and supportive boots.
