Great customer service! One of two units was faulty, seller refunded for BOTH after receipt.
Received two units today. Installed battery correctly and plugged in first lamp. Didn't work so I checked battery which was SO HOT it nearly burned my fingers! It was placed correctly. So I repacked in box and tried the second up unit, it worked fine with all 3 lights. So I guess one was a dud which I am returning. UPDATE, after returning the faulty unit, the seller was kind enough to refund me for both units! Great service.

Im healthier for having gotten these
Best purchase ever.. my basement floods and the city wont fix it. I hate going into the basement to unplug the dehumidifier then plug in the pump. Then have to go back and wade thru the muck to unplug the pump and plug the dehumidifier back in.Now i can use the remote and do it from outside thru the basement window.Thank you for saving my health...

They work great!
I’ve purchased two sets of these! My living room has no lights and relies on lamps, so I have several in the room. I love that I can control all 3 with one remote. Have been using for months with no issues other than sometimes two lights will go on when I push the button for 1. Not a real issue since I can turn one off easily enough when it happens. I bought a second set for a pair of plug in sconces in my bedroom. Perfect!

It works great!!
They are great!! The range of the remote is pretty good. I bought the first set and 2 days later I got another one. My only recommendation is that they find a way to make the remote stick to a wall.

Poor programming instructions
Unclear programming instructions. So far I've used 2 of the 3 outlets that came in this set, I attempted to program them separately (one at a time) and yet they both function with all the remote buttons. Sometimes they both operate at the same time, other times they function separately. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but it's hard to tell with the inadequate programming instructions. Great product however, they work flawlessly through walls !

Useful for more than a Christmas tree!
We got these for our Christmas tree and kept them out all year! So useful for so many things! You won’t regret it!

1 remote
It work, it was definitely worth the money for us.Only thing that was disappointing which isn’t a big deal but make it a little inconvenient is this only comes with one remote. So if you want to control different lights or whatever you will have to take the remote to each room to turn it off
