Excellent for a pasta snob
Good quality, tasty, chewy and thick. Good value for money as usually found in delis which is more expensive.Texture is good but use in something like pastotsio

perfect for making Greek Cypriot 'pastichio' recipe
large tube pasta, can't find it in the supermarkets or ethnic shops any more, so I was delighted to find it on Amazon. Delivery was prompt, well packaged, and just what I wanted - perfect for making my Greek Cypriot recipe 'pastichio' (which is a bit like lasagne but using pasta tubes instead of flat sheets)

Very good expire date, today is 10 February 2024.Garofalo pasta is one of the best Italian’s pasta.It is a pasta that holds up well when cooked and when al dente you can taste the sincere flavor of the pasta, therefore I highly recommend this brand.Thanks to the Seller for bringing this pasta to the UK.
