Overall, a very good buy. The biggest frustration is that it came with so many optional hardware screws and bolts, it took a while to figure out the mounting hardware for my TV, but with all the different TVs it could fit, that’s not a bad thing. My TV is super-light (38 lbs). A heavier TV might have overpowered the Mount. It is a medium light duty steel frame. The lag bolts just barely hold my TV’s weight into a wood stud in my opinion - hence some of the negative reviews might be encountering the sturdiness/ integrity against weight of the TV mounted. The instructions are adequate and anyone mechanically inclined should have no problem. Suggestion: when ordering from Amazon, opt for the box to be inside the shipping box. When I opened one side to unbox, some of the hardware slid out as if it wasn’t secured inside. Some of the negative reviews here might have experienced this unknowingly and in fact experienced a shipping problem wherein one side was accidentally opened. A little extra packaging tape along the sides by the boxing department might have saved them some headaches with dissatisfied customers.

Actually easy installation. Good directions provided

This is my first time ever hanging a TV on the wall and let me begin by saying that this wall mount is constructed very well and it's very easy to assemble and came with all the necessary hardware and Allen key and small level which came in handy. My brother even commented on how well it was constructed and how it operated. I'm very pleased.witb this product and if I decide to hang another TV I am definitely going to buy this brand again. Five stars way up.

This is a great TV mount that adjusts smoothly and pulls out from the wall for a full range of adjustment. “Gee Fix” is the UK anchor system that made mounting my 55” TV totally doable even onto my wall board/plaster board. See the Youtube video, The Strongest Plasterboard Fixing Ever by Charlie DIYte. It takes your full attention to use these anchors from England but they work great. Hint, try to avoid it rotating as you crew in center screw by pulling on mounting cords TIGHTLY. Hint 2, don’t use the huge concrete screws that come with the mount, just the 5mm the UK guys recommend for the center position. I forget what 5mm converted to in Imperial measurement screws. My TV is super stable despite the weight of the TV and the mount.

Product was delivered a day earlier than expected and arrived intact with no signs of visible damage to product or shipment packaging. Directions for install were clear and easy to follow step by step with all parts/pieces clearly marked and labeled visibly for quick at-a-glance identification purposes. I managed to complete the hardware install process working by myself in just under 30 minutes without any scruples. I would recommend having someone present to spot while mounting the TV. Really it depends on the size and weight of the unit. Mine was a 60" Sony flat panel, manufacturer last year, and weighing less than 35 lbs, so it was a breeze to hang without needing assistance. Overall I'm happy with the product and its results. I was concerned with the initial rigidity and stiffness of the joints when swinging the arm movement initially after the TV was first mounted. The issue was resolved soon after working in a few drops of WD40 to the troubled spots.

Fácil de instalar, instrucciones adecuadas, se usas para soporte de una Samsung Q 65".Debido a mi imposibilidad de estar parado, debo pedir ayuda a otra persona para fijar la pantalla a mi mejor angulo, puedo moverla horizontal o verticalmente pero para moverla en diagonal vertical , no puedo puesto que debo posicionar mis manos en la parte superior y en la parte inferior al mismo tiempo, no es queja, porque se que si la pudiera mover con una sola mano, el soporte seria muy endeble para mantener la posición.

Funciona muy bien. Puedes rotarla hasta en 45 grados, trae todo lo que necesitas para instalar diferentes tipos de tv. Tiene una máscara para hacer los hoyos con el taladro y un nivel para que lo hagas lo mejor posible. Considero que es importante tener la matraca para poner el soporte, considera pedir prestada una o comprar una cuando vayas a poner el soporte. Si te equivocas al poner el soporte puedes ajustar la tv una vez que colocas la tv. Se me hace un buen producto le pongo 4 estrellas por que no trae taquetes para concreto y tienes que comprarlos tu pero, la verdad no es el gran problema. Si buscas un buen soporte este es una gran opción, no lo dudes y cómpralo. Mover la tv es fácil con este soporte, yo la muevo para estar en la sala y luego para apuntarla al comedor, la muevo a 45 grados de manera horizontal y puedo comer y ver tv! Es un sopoete robusto lo sientes con un buen peso cuando lo sacas de la caja.
