A big hit with my Bettas!
The media could not be loaded. My two male Bettas love this food. It’s the third brand I’ve tried (I’m a new fish owner). I started with Aqueon Color Enhancing Betta Food Pellets from PetSmart, but they didn’t float very long before starting to sink. Then I ordered Ocean Nutrition Betta Pellets online and these were great as far as floating a long time (making it easier to remove uneaten pellets). My fish seemed to like them. Then I watched some Betta care videos and someone highly recommended Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets, so I ordered them out of curiosity, and my fish eat these with more enthusiasm than either of the other brands! I took a video of me feeding them this morning that I will try to upload. These pellets will sink fairly easily once the surface tension holding them up is broken (such as when the fish eats two at once and then expels them before going after them again) but if I only feed a couple of pellets at a time this isn’t an issue since they will all be gobbled up!

Good to find a new place to find this food
One more thing that my local fish shops has stopped stocking. It's great to be able to find it here still. My fish love this food, I feel good feeding them this. Most foods the fish shops are carrying have grains in the several first ingredients. Omega One has fis, krill, and seaweed as their first ingredients

Mr.Alpha Beta
Mr Beta was given to me, by my dear friend and I put him in a plant aquarium, he came with flake food, he did ok but seemed disinterested,so I gave him pellets, he likes them better.

Betta loves the pellets.
My Betta seems to like the pellets. Only problem is that they don't "float" as labeled. I mean, they do float but for like a split second and then they sink to the bottom. My fish seems to like chasing them though. Pellets are smaller than the ones I was originally feeding my fish. Do not follow the feeding instructions!! Remember your fish only eats about 2-3 pellets a day. But since they're smaller than the 3 I was feeding it, I decided to give it 5 instead.

Excellent quality ingredients, but don't follow the feeding instructions on the label
I love the fact that it contains whole fish instead of just fish meal, since meal is essentially filler. I love my betta and want him to have the best food possible, so I supplement this with frozen bloodworms. It has a higher protein content than many other brands and the pellets are appropriately sized (not too big for him, not ridiculously small). I would give it 5 stars if not for the fact that some of the pellets have hard, sharp pieces of pellet-type stuff sticking off of them which I'm afraid will hurt my betta's throat. It's an easy issue for me to avoid simply by not feeding him those pieces and there are few enough in every little jar that I don't feel as if I'm wasting much (probably only about a dozen of those pellets in the whole jar), but it would be nice not to have to go through that. The feeding instructions could also use some work. They state to feed 3x a day with as much as the fish can consume in 2 minutes, and this is far too much. The average-sized betta should only be getting 2-3 of these pellets at a time, twice a day, or 1-2 at a time 3x a day, and it really shouldn't take the fish 2 minutes to consume all of this.

Great for betta fish
It's very easy to measure out the pellets and my betta fishes love it. It arrived in great condition. I would definitely recommend it to others.

As expected
arrived super early, it was estimated to arrive on the 26th but I got it on the 21st! I've already used this food before in fact its the only thing my betta's will eat. I had to order it through here because my local pet store doesn't carry it anymore. And no it doesn't permanently float, but it floats long enough for your fish to find it and eat it. This isn't really the food to just sprinkle in a bunch and walk away. I manually feed my betta's one pellet at a time to make sure I don't over feed my betta and to keep my tank clean.

This Makes a Huge Difference!
So you might not think there's a huge difference between different brands of Fish Food, I didn't think so either until I read an article and they reccomended this one. Before I was using the Aqueon Betta Food and i'm so glad I switched to this! The pieces are a lot smaller which is great because it makes it easier for the fish to eat it. My fish tank has been so much cleaner too! The old Aqueon food I was using would just clump together and make the water foggy.I'm so happy I purchased this, its made a huge difference!
