I purchased the Blue Ocean shower wall over 10 years ago. I have very hard/rust well water. I now have a water filtration system but my corrosive water did a number on this part and the shower head. I replaced both and it was easy plug and play.

I had the shower for 5 years now, but somehow the shower head broke and fell on my son when he was showering only weeks after installation. Since then I did not know what should I do. The kids were using only hand shower. Thankfully the had shower is big enough for good shower. The quality is great it works nice since 5 years, I was still figuring how to fix the shower head without replacing there entire unit. Then two days back visited the company store and found the parts, don’t remember seeing them earlier, anyway I got the bar and shower head yesterday. We installed it, installation is little tricky but we did it successfully, we have zero knowledge of plumbing. The shower head finally is in place. Now the it is complete. I wish the manufacturer add installation guide to the parts.

Reviews that mentioned the arm slipping all seemed to be trying to use the arm fully extended horizontally with the giant ‘rain’ style heads. When used with a traditional shower head to achieve extra height, this piece performs flawlessly.

My husband installed this arm because the rain shower head we purchased wouldn't work with the old arm. It was easy to screw on and works perfectly. He is very happy with his new Man Cave Shower head.

My main bathroom shower is over the bath and has a small pipe protruding from the tile and then a small shower head. I took off the shower head with an adjustable wrench and attached one end of this item to the protruding pipe. It comes with two extra washers. One end already had one in and I used one in the other end. I place some plumbers tape around each end screw thread. I purchased a bigger shower head to go on the other end. The arm extension works very well and the handles are easy to tighten to hold the arm in place. Good value for money and will be buying a second one for my basement bathroom.

This has made my showers 1 millions times more comfortable and enjoyable. IT is the greatest feeling being able to stand fully under my shower lol. Have had installed for awhile 0 leaks, went on fast and easy, looks good. 0 complaints this is a good value for money purchase you won't regret.
