Quality is great especially for the price, I did order the floor too. Little girl loves it. We did put our own felt roof over it to protect more from rain and then painted it to waterproof the wood.

Was bought as a present for my grandkids. Was told it was straightforward enough to assemble ànd they love it.

I bought this playhouse as an alternative to a hutch for my house rabbits to sleep/shelter in when they are playing outside so that's what this review is about. I like the space it offers my two rabbits, they've room to sprawl out and stand up plus room for their litter tray, water bowl and toys. I also like how sturdy it is compared to some rabbit hutches, plus it offers adaptability:We painted all of the panels before building it which was quite easy. All of the panels are numbered and correspond to the instructions and the screws are of good quality and come in separate bags for ease of identification.The windows were easily replaced with mesh and we hinged one side of the roof so it could be propped open for extra ventilation, we added waterproof felt to it. A bobhole was added as an alternative exit/entry to the door to which we added more secure fastenings.I think the house is a little on the pricey side but hutches arn't cheap either and I think the quality of this house is far superior though only time will tell of course.All in all a great product and I would recommend to a friend.NB. I would recommend airing all the wood for a few days as it has a strong pine smell which I'm told could be detrimental to rabbits health.My only criticism is that the door had to be sanded to enable it to close - but a simple enough job.

Granddaughter loves it. Easy to assemble once I noticed the letters on the ends.There was only a couple of small adjustments/ fixes that did not spoil the product.

There's unfortunately always a but... it's a fab playhouse, BUT, in my humble opinion the floor should come with it as standard as it strengthens the house so much more. It seemed incomplete without it so I ended up buying it. Also, the roof is not watertight as described. It's just tongue and groove and was leaking quite badly. This annoyed me as I purchased this house after the description said it was weatherproof. I'd painted it by this point so then had to buy felt and nails. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and I would recommend it- so long as you're willing to put in the work to treat/paint/felt it and fork out for the floor. We also put mine on skids to lift it off the ground.

This is a nice little item and we are pleased with the finished result now it’s been painted but one or two issues. There was a fault in the construction of one piece which has left a slight gap - just shoddy workmanship or poor quality control so the pieces didn’t quite fit. By the time we had reached this stage we were in no mood to dismantle it and send it back so we intend to just fill the gap. Not really what you expect for £150.The windows are a nice feature but there’s an internal slat which you can’t access to paint which is a bit disappointing but can’t say you notice after a while.It’s reasonably easy to assemble - I would think you definitely need two people unless you’re an expert DIYer. I would recommend it as it looks really cute but can’t say yet how weather proof it will be over winter.
