Quite expensive but it is the top-quality Omega-3 capsule available in the market. No smelly burps (unless you have a very acidic stomach). One important thing to keep in mind is that you should not keep the container in warm (in the kitchen close to stove for example) places or strong sunlight, otherwise the capsules will stick together forming a blob and separating them is quite difficult and you may prick the capsules creating a mess. If this happens keep the container in fridge for some time. This tightens up the capsules reducing the chance of pricking while separating them.

Product is good i regular user but delivery was not good, stays long time in heat and due to this capsules was stick to each other and not usable.

The package arrived safety tucked in the shipping box and sealed for safety. I opened the bottle to reveal that these have no fishy smell at all just a pleasant, sweet scent. The pills were easy to swallow and coated in a subtle, candy-like, strawberry flavor. The packaging recommends taking 2 a day with meals. Overall, these taste great. As for the effectiveness of the product. I trust Nordic Naturals for my supplements above most other brands. After taking this product for 6 months, not only is there is a noticeable change in my skin and hair, but also elevated my sense of well- being. I understand supplements act differently to everyone, but I had a great experience taking these. The price is also reasonable. The same supplements at my grocery store cost $35. Ultimately I highly recommend these!

A very pleasant supplement, especially in terms of taste — you can clearly notice the strawberry flavor, and there is no typical “fishy” aftertaste that usually makes omega supplements hard to take.
