Why does it not list the % of zinc oxide? it's not listed.

I don't know, but I actually use it more than any others and like it better. We live in South Texas and it is very hot and humid.

Can this powder use on babies

I would say no. While it works wonders on adults and older children for odor and dryness, it is "medicated". That ingredient would lend to not being gentle enough for babies. Id think it would be the equivalent of putting Gold Bond on "sensitive " areas
