Club Car DS Deluxe Golf Cart Front and Rear End Repair Bushing Kits, Club Car Front End Rebuild Kit for Club Car DS 1993-Up

I used this kit on a 1988 Club Car. The kit say's its for 1993 and up models. All the black rubber leaf spring/shackle bushings, sleeves, and bolts fit perfectly front and back. The king pins fit perfectly. The kit comes with new bronze spindle bushings that press in, but both of the top bushings fit too loosly and would not stay inplace so I reused the two old bushings on the top. Thrust bearing and wave washers fit and work perfectly. The kit also comes with two new delta upper clevis's. Note: One hole in each clevis must be drilled a litte larger to except the older models clevis/A-plate bolts. The blue urethane bushings that are for the A-plates on the 1993 and up models, I used instead to replace the rotted out shock bushings on my 1988 model. You must trim the bushings and the sleeves down about 1/2 inch for them to fit. At the end of the day, every part in this kit can be used, but some sleeves and bushings will need to be slightly modified.

It is not a cakewalk to install. The diagrams are very helpful. Several things to note: 1. The thrust washer goes at the bottom of the spidle (kind of hard to see in the diagram). and 2" To help you put the bearings in (#3 and #4) I used Spray duster upside down to freeze the bearing and they basically just slipped in with a minor tap from a plastic hammer. And 3 do one side at a time so you have a reference. Great product! Excellent quality!

good tight fit, installed fairly easy on my 99 club car ds, the only improvement would be to include nylok nuts instead of nuts and lock washers on the included bolts.

This kit has more than enough to rebuild the front of my Club Car DS 2013. The parts all fit well. My only reason for 4 stars is it shows up with zero instructions. My suggestion would be to at least include the exploded view of the parts and placement. I had to chase it down and print it out.

Most of my bushings were shot. These made it so much better! Well worth it.

A little pricey. But really nice kit. Cart is back up and steering very nicely now.

my 2000 series Clubcar was starting to have a ride that rivaled Disney's Mr. Toads Wild Ride...it would wander, wiggle and shake. After some research, found this kit on Amazon. Installation was fairly easy, and boy did it make a difference. Well worth the money, and shipping was quick!
