Pity this is the US version for measurements

Not the English book!
This version is the American book which has been translated from the English version, so all the recipes are in cups and pounds and ounces, rather than the more familiar metric measurements used in England!

Fantastic Cookbook from Tommy Banks!
A wonderful collection of farm to table recipes by Tommy Banks, of Great British Menu fame. Some of the ingredients may be difficult to source here in the US, however 90% of the recipes can be prepared or slightly modified with local ingredients.
