CottonelleUltra Comfort Care Family Roll Toilet Paper, Bath Tissue, 36 Toilet Paper Rolls

As other reviewers have stated, after years of exclusively buying Cottonelle toilet paper, I will no longer support the company as they reduce value to maintain a price point. Their customer service has responded to many reviews here on Amazon and it is always the same song & dance - they don't care to restore their products to the appropriate size.

What a disappointment! Cottonelle WAS my favorite brand and now they've lost my business. I fully agree with the other reviewers who noticed the changes in the roll size. Also, are we NOT supposed to notice how large the cardboard insert is getting? I have better things to do than replacing the empty roll twice daily for a family of 3!

I thought this was the same size that I bought at Costco when they carried this. With all of the double and triple roles, it is hard to tell what size you are actually getting. 86 roll equivalent, IT IS NOT.

Hi there,This cottonelle is significantly smaller than exact same product sold at Costco. Same name, same color, just slightly smaller. But it costs more!Its hard to tell the difference unless you have the original item to compare it to. So it's very difficult to notice you're being fleeced. Please see the pictures.This is not a Deal at all. It's a robbery. I feel mugged. They have picked my pocket and stolen money from me. What else can you call it when you pay more and get less.Shame on Cottonelle, and their parent company Kimberly-Clark. Amazon should not carry this product line and ruin their good name by associating with Vermin. Is Martin Shkreli running Kimberly-Clark? Sure feels like it. It sure smells like it :-(I believe we should all boycott Kimberly-Clark. They are the owners of cottonelle. Let's show them that it's not OK to steal from us anymore.Very unhappy customer :-(P.s. I boycotted them. I bought Charmin from Costco instead. Never again :-(

I usually purchase the same toilet paper in the double rolls, this purchase was my first time getting these family rolls. It may be more sheets per roll, but the roll is significantly smaller in width! When I pulled one out of the package it almost seemed like a joke. It looks like a little mini roll and there's a significant amount of empty space on each side of a standard toilet paper holder because of the small width! Kind of feels like a rip off.
