Another website gave the top 5 eye solutions and this was at the top and you could get it on Amazon. My problem is puffy under eyes. It absolutely does Not work. **Q: Is this a cream or a serum?** A: This is a cream. I’ve been quite impressed with it too! **Q: Does it take a while to see results? On average, how long?** A: I saw a difference in reduced puffiness under my eyes in a few days. I don't actually know how long it took for lines around my eyes to look better.
