I enjoyed the book, i couldnt put it down! It's all go all of the time. Dramatic and romantic; just right for me.you get to know the back story to this twisted, dark, handsome man steadily throughout the story. It's detailed but not overwhelming.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is: although i thoroughly enjoyed it, i don't feel like i must read the next book. Im satisfied with the content of this one. I do want to find out if they find the 3rd brother in the end; im sure they eventually will after a lot more drama but i am the type of girl who would rather have the main characters stay the same and i know the main character in the next book changes to the next brother.Either way, great storyline - dark, twisted and enticing. Worth a read.

Not the darkest romance I’ve ever read but just the right amount! I’ll be going right onto the next one!

I love Mafia books and I love dark books so put together should equal perfection but unfortunately in this case it didn't.I enjoyed the characters and the chemistry between Mira and Aleksio is sizzling. It just wasn't quite dark enough, the characters weren't quite bad enough and the book just wasn't long enough. For me this book could have done with being longer so that we could explore the characters more. Due to the length it was all a bit rushed with the characters falling in instalove.If you are new to Mafia/Dark Romance then I highly recommend this book as your first. I did enjoy this book and I'm glad I read it but there are darker books out there is that is your thing.

I don’t like reading but this book has made me a reader again

I LOVED all 3 books, had my heart in my mouth several times, and thought these were amazing! BUT as much as I loved them, I can't help be really disappointed by the ending, and only for the fact, us as readers bought 3 books and the whole story was of the 3 brothers finding each other and coming together and it was so rushed and was right at the end and lasted a few pages! No catch up story........nothing! 😳☹️️ The ending really lets the whole trilogy down unfortunately, really needed more at the end, at least another chapter!

Mafia romance is one of my favourite genres and this book didn't disappoint me. A great story, well written and full of suspense and twists and turns. There was also Aleksio, gorgeous, dangerous and holding a grudge. He took what he wanted and got what he deserved. Well worth reading

What a great read Once I started this I didn't stop until I had read the last sentance. A good story line with a very hot leading man and the leading lady had just the right mix of soft and strong attributes. I also liked that this was written from the perspectives of the three main characters each giving their own narrative. When's part two coming ..what ! I have to wait ..........

Too much.I like it WAY too much.Adulting be dambed.Brilliantly organized plotting.Solid enduring characters.A great thrilling adventure.As always, the story itself can stand alone even without steam.But you like spice?Here be ghost peppers.

Romanzo scritto tramite i punti di vista dei due protagonisti, narra un amore violento nato durante una guerra tra clan mafiosi.

This book started off brutal, and Aleksio fought his way through fear, to reach to the top of the Mafia chain. The love of Mira tempers his violent uncaring side. He tries to be more violent to show that she does not affect him emotionally, but with patience, she blends into his life, so that he finally admits he loves her. I love how resourceful Mira is, but even though her father tried to protect her with his death, as a reader it does not make up the betrayals that she suffered at his hands. It was well written in the first person, which is why she deserves five stars.
