Jones New York Women's Silky Touch 16 Anti-Cling Above Knee Half Slip

My half slips were showing beneath my slightly-above-the-knee dresses, so I was looking for this shorter length. They were hard to find. This one was a little more expensive than the others but I thought, why not? I use a half slip for 10+ years! It's very soft, stretchy and comfortable. The color is perfect for wearing underneath any color dress. Remember, there is more than one reason we wear slips - firstly, if a dress or skirt is see-through; secondly, to keep the dress or skirt from riding up. A half slip is the answer to both.

Perfect fit. True to size. Really is static free and works great under shorter skirts and dresses. Doesn’t add any bulk. I’m 5’8”, 158 and got a medium. Washes great too!

I have not worn dresses for a while now for 2 reasons: 1) the pandemic, and 2) they seem to show every roll and bump along the way, even though I've lost quite a bit of weight. So I bought two of these half slips (1 black and 1 nude). Voila! They are anti-cling, so they don't show the rolls and bumps, plus they are the perfect length for me! I am VERY pleased with these purchases!

It fit well, has pretty lace bottom trim, and feels good on. It looks way more expensive than it is.

Finally found a half slip at the right length!

Looks and feels good. I wish they had this slip in white. I cannot find one that is 16” and lace at the border.
