We are really enjoying prioritizing our hydration. My daughter recently took them on an overnight. She said they were a real lifesaver after so little sleep. She said she felt the difference right away when she took them first thing in the morning.We appreciate the variety of flavors (very mild) and cost. I researched a lot of others and this was the best and more affordable. It also uses stevia instead of sugar. That was a big deal to me. So many others have sugar as a main ingredient.

Very good, pleasantly surprised! Just opened my last package, will be ordering more. LOVE that little card with the QC in the package. Did not notice it until now. I'm happy to support small businesses and regardless of it win in the entry provided through the QR code or not, I'll definitely buy again. Very flavorful, not too sweet and I do feel more hydrated for sure. I appreciate the clean ingredients, this is of importance to me. I have another brand I'm trying at the moment too, but that is a bit too sweet for me. I'll be back Nectar Team!

I started to experience serious toe and leg cramps at night. After seeing my PCP, she suggested adding more magnesium, potassium and calcium to my diet. After asking several questions, we decided that the lack of electrolytes were probably the problem. After trying several other products , I tried Nectar Essential Daily Hydration- Clean Ingredients, Zero Calories, Sugar Free and not to mention- Tastes great! Very refreshing and cramps have disappeared. 10/10

Ok, so I purchased this for my upcoming trip where my friend and I will be doing a lot of hiking. I purchased because there are no artificial colors or flavors, it’s non GMO, and it doesn’t have artificial sweetener. I got the tropical variety pack and tried the grape in order to write this review. It is a very light flavor. I agree with other reviewers that it is neither too sweet or too salty. I’d almost say it’s perfect except I was hoping the flavor would be a bit stronger. I do think that I will get used to the lightness in flavor and actually prefer it as I use it more.The only real criticism I have is that it is a challenge to fully dissolve the powder in very cold water. I found myself shaking the bottle quite a bit to get it to mix - but I suspect this is due to it being a more natural product with fewer ingredients, which I see as a positive.

I got the tropical variety pack. I tried the grape flavor first because, in general, grape is my least favorite flavor. I actually am enjoying it:Pros:1. I can’t taste artificial sweetener or stevia.2. It’s thin. I was drinking Liquid IV or IQ Mix and they both were on the thicker side—high viscosity. This has a much lower viscosity and is nice and light, so it feels less sticky.3. Light on flavor. This is not juice, but it has more flavor than flavored water. It’s a great balance.Cons:1. It’s not quite as soluble as the other drink mixes I’ve tried, but it’s not coagulating and floating around. I’d say about a pinch has settled on the bottom. Not a deal breaker for me, but something to consider.

I use an electrolyte supplement daily and was looking for something with low sugar and low calories which is when I came across this product. I love that it has 0 cal and zero sugar. I love that I feel hydrated. The flavor is decent for a product with zero sugar. Bonus is that it’s made in the USA, vegan, non-GMO, keto. Flavors are also organic. I have tried about four different brands now and this one is honestly my favorite. I have tried the tropical variety pack but will be trying all the other flavors. Highly recommend
