Q: will these goggles fit over a pair of prescription glasses?

Yup they work great over mine. I also have a larger size of glasses so they should work fine.

Q: Do these goggles provide UV protection?

Hmm. Not sure to behonest. The once I bought is meant to enhance the vision of the trail and if front of me.

Q: What are the little clips on the face of each side of the lens for?

They allow you to use what are called tear offs. These are stacks of clear plastic sheets that you can put on the goggles when the conditions are muddy. The clips hold them into the goggles. Once mud gets on the goggles, you can peal the outer sheet off and it gives you clear vision. I think they come in a stack of about 25 or so.

Q: Do these work for snowboarding as well?

Should work ok, maybe little to no fog protection
