Sori Yanagi Stainless Steel Tongs - Perforated

Great Japanese quality. It is pretty enough to use as a serving tongs. Solid stainless steel piece.

These tongs are the best for lifting and draining almost any food out of cooking liquid or oil. They are well made and very comfortable to use when sautéing food although slightly shorter than regular kitchen tongs. After a dozen or so uses they are easy to clean and quite durable. These are now one of my go to cooking utensils.

Géniale ! elle comble toutes les lacunes de la cuillère et de la fourchette, un ustensile complémentaire qui devient vite indispensable. Saisir des oeufs dans l'eau bouillante ou des patates chaudes, servir des légumes, etc... Seule la pince à spaghetti est plus efficace pour...les spaghetti. + Pince simple, belle, efficace et pratique + facile à laver et hygiénique (pas de mécanisme) + prix correct - livraison longue (un mois) - On ne peut plus s'en passer après l'avoir essayé ;-)

I just love these. Yes, I know they are pricier and you are paying for the ‘designed by Sori Yanagi’ but it’s a wonderful thing when something is both useful and beautiful. I’m using them for loads of foods,, regardless of whether the things I’m picking up even need draining - most tongs are fairly large/long so these are the perfect ‘handy’ size.
