Great quality, price, & look - 1 annoyance
Out of the box, they feel like quality craftsmanship. Easy to install, takes less than 10 minutes to remove and replace. Seemed slightly flimsy on one end after install, but quickly realized it wasn’t fully snapped into place. After proper installation, feels sturdy and tight to the door. It’s surprising how such a small improvement can an old car look relatively new. For the price, quality, and look, I am happy with the purchase. Will update if conditions change. One area for improvement: The length doesn’t fully match manufacturer’s original part (as pictured). All four weather strips were slightly shorter at the front end. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. OEM parts extend to the full length of the door.

Fits like a glove *with a little force* ;)
i bought this for my 08 Lexus GX470 , it was a easy install with 4 T20 screws holding the old one in & just pulling them out with pliers & than snapped the new ones in & put the screws back in!! now sure some stuff is weird like how the 2 rear panels are still chrome….or how you have to cut the rear seal clip but if your good with diy you got this!!

so so fit, and 0 for durability
So, it was a stretch to install these. Get tough and just yank up hard on the OEM ones to remove (After removing the single screw on each). Now, these: They go on, but none of the dimensions were all that close to right. my back ones don't touch the window... can't do anything to correct. The cutouts for various architecture, aren't quite right, ok, but not a great fit. Then... the screws tore loose 2 days after the return period... I will not be buying again. OEM in this case would be a much better option.

Great fit for GX470!
Perfect fit for Lexus GX470. T20 on the inner door frame. Then carefully pull up the old one with pliers and then slide and replace with these ones.

Instalation details
These somewhat fit when you take off the old ones don't bend the mount or they may not fit and can break buy some clear silicone for areas that don't fit and watch a lot of u tube videos and pay close attention to the details

Decent… but need some modification to work
I ended up buying this twice by mistake. Probably worked out for the best because I trashed the first set trying to get them to “fit” properly. The size and length were correct for our 2011 Corolla, I just wasn’t happy at the ends of the installed weather strips. They seemed to be curled up at the ends. The clips didn’t engage well and there was a significant gap at the clip location. I basically figured out that the “spring retention” on the oem clip is about 10x better than the clips on these replacements. I tried to reuse the oem clips, but unfortunately the shape is different. I ended up wedging some backer rod behind the clip and trimmed it down to the width of the clip. It gave a significant improvement to the clip performance and the parts “snapped” into place. Hope this helps someone out there.

Great product for the money
The window trim on the old GX was in pretty rough shape. These replacements didn't disappoint. What you're getting is 4 window trim pieces to replace the chrome trim pieces on the doors. What you're not getting are the 2 pieces you'll need to replace the remaining chrome strips beneath the back windows. You'll know what I'm talking about if you look at the picture. It looks a little weird with those back pieces being chrome but as you can tell my truck isn't winning any beauty pageants anyways. To replace your old window trim start by removing the T20 screw on the back of the front door. You don't need to remove any paneling to get to that screw. When the screw is out you'll just grab the chrome strip with some needle nose pliers and yank it straight up towards the top of the car. You'll ruin the chrome pieces, but they're junk anyways. Once off I wiped the old sticky black residue off the door with some acetone. The new front door trim pieces need to slide into the little tunnel between the door and the mirror. Push it in till the screw hole in the new trim piece lines up with the screw hole on the back of the door. Put the screw back in. Next you'll push down on the trim as hard as you possibly can till you hear it click into place. Do this every couple inches till the trim is seated on the door. For the back windows, you'll have to remove the T20 screw at the front of the door, then pop the little pin out that's attaching the door's edge trim to the window trim. Once that's off yank the old trim piece straight up and out. Wipe the gunk off the door and push the new trim piece on. Put the screw back in and superglue the door edge trim to the new window trim piece where the old pin used to be. The whole job took maybe 15 minutes.
