When I tried on the Medium & raised my arms forward, it feels as though the sleeves were going to rip at the seams - still too tight. I am now ordering a large. I hope it fits. Please order 2 sizes up. Then if it is too big & must be returned, you'll only have to exchange it once, not three times like me.
