great for repetative exercise
This is a set of 2 neoprene coated iron weights, They come in different colours I have the red ones. they weigh only one kilogram so are great for repetative exercise. while they may not build muscle they will certainly tone them used properly and what woman does not want toned arms. They are quite small so it is quite surprising that they are ! KG.I like them

Working well for my thin, weak arms
I ordered these weights to try to help tone my thin, weak arms!Each weight is 1kg and I find them easy to hold. They are coated in a soft red material which I am able to wipe clean with baby wipes.They are nice and smooth, appear to be well made and evenly balanced.I use the weights for repetition bicep/tricep curls and they are perfect for using whilst watching TV!I am thin and looking to improve my upper body strength, the 1kg is good for me.

Such type of dumbells perfect for home exercises.Good weighting. They are excacly 1kg each.Very comfy to hold them and they are definetly anti spil.Im very happy I got them.And definetly can recommend it to all.

left stain on my wooden furniture
was initially pleased with these weights. I left them on top of a wooden (expensive) unit and they have left pink sticky stains on the wood. I have tried to to get them off but no luck so far. Can't recommend as a result

Hexagonal shape makes it easy to not roll and to stack. Rubbery feel for better grip. Can pick the colour.

Bum's Rush
Very dinky little weights which will help you with your toning exercises ( standing on a bum wobbler while holding them and sucking on a mint) but will absolutely NOT build muscle mass even even on the skinniest person.They are made of plastic and come in 3 fantastic colours and slightly variable weights ( mine was a mighty 1kg).I chose red to match my bum wobbling eyes .
