I take only 1 capsule 1 hour before bed. However I don’t find it to be that effective. Anyway I’m not going to take more than 1 capsule as it could be other side effect.

This supplement works so great! I have had years of sleeping issues, but once I take this, I'm out in about 30 minutes. I don't feel groggy when I wake up and it helps me sleep through the night with absolutely no side effects. Definitely recommend this instead of prescription pills with side effects.

My wife and I both tried RediNite to help us sleep. We both had ZERO response from this so called Sleep Aid. We believe the pills are probably placebos as we both experienced no help sleeping. What makes it worse, is that this item is not returnable or refundable via Amazon. This purchase was a big mistake. Don't make the same mistake we did.

This didn’t really work for me. I’m hypothyroid so maybe that’s the reason.

I got this natural sleep aid for my 85 y/o mother who seems to have moderate "Sun downers Syndrome." She gets very restless at night and has trouble with waking, and pacing and confused at night. We tried just regular Melatonin and time-released Melatonin with minimal effect (we did not want anything too sedating). The RediNite seems to be helping a lot! She is more relaxed and able to sleep for much longer periods during the night. She has been taking RediNite for a month now and I just placed my order for a second bottle. She is very sensitive to meds but no adverse side effects noted. So far so good!
