I used my tie clip almost every day at work and it's durable and super easy to use. It looks great and has shown no signs of wear and tear.

These could be slightly wider as they don't seem to cover the width of the tie. Maybe if you wear them higher, but that defeats the purpose of preventing the tie from getting everywhere.With any luck, I'll only be wearing them a few times per year anyway, so it isn't a big deal.
