The texture and the flavor was great! The spicyness was perfect. It is great for those that like a kick to their burgers and sandwiches.

Smooth heat. Very hot , great taste

It had good flavor but would not slice without crumbling and breaking, tried cutting it with a Food Slicer a wire cheese cutter and a knife with same results.
