Very surprised by the small size of the unit. Finding the correct mode was fairly easy but did take some time.It would be nice if the instruction manual was more detailed about the different modes.First time using this unit so I can't speak to how long the pads stay sticky, but good for first use.The pads have snap connectors. I feel like they can become dislodged easily by clothing moving against them. Will update later.

This little TENS unit is a game changer! Powerful is an understatement. Several modes to select from, and the timing and Intensity options are awesome. I have degenerative spine disorder, and my "low back" locks up sometimes with a vengeance. Tens therapy is a great way to stimulate and soothe aching, tight muscles. This little unit is a winner!

Stop comparing and buy this NURSAL 24-Mode TENS Muscle Stimulator Unit. It is simple to use and this is by far the best TENS unit on Amazon. [Over the years, I have purchased at least 9 different TENS units.]You can plug in 1 or 2 wires, it has six modes but each one has four additional options (which you can access by simply tapping round middle button).Best 3 Features:(1) IT HAS A LOCK to carry it around in pocket (or bra) or wherever which prevents it from accidentally turning off. None of the other ones I've used have had locks, or locks that actually worked. You just hold down center button till lock icon appears.(2) SCREEN LIGHTS UP which is especially useful if you use it at night in bed. (It's far more convenient than using phone flashlight or turning on light in room.)(3) RETAINS LAST SETTING. I set timer for 60 minutes. When timer goes off, you must turn unit off then click back on to re-engage it. When you look at screen, your last setting is still on there; YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESET IT EACH TIME THE TIMER RUNS OUT. Smart feature!(The only con is attaching lanyard which I eventually got threaded with a 0.6 mm crochet hook. In the grand scheme of things, it's a minor non-issue... though it is handy to put around your wrist to free up your hand when you have to walk around without pockets.)Very thankful unit ARRIVED FULLY CHARGED so I was able to use it immediately. Plus battery lasts a long time. Also, I like Velcro-thingie on wires for untangled storage. I'm extremely pleased with this Nursal unit! Just buy it.

Bought one about 7+ yrs ago….. literally wore it out…. It is portable and small enuf to put in your pocket and run the leads concealed under your clothes…allowing for constant relief, without loosing your mobility. Directions are clear and is simple to use….successfully competes with the bigger stationary TENS……BUT the VERY MOST important …. “It WORKS…!”

The unit worked very well but the power switch broke after a few uses. Now the unit will not work. I wouldn’t say beware but the switch should not be that fragile.
