I called Nursal Customer Support last night. She told me a slightly different method than what the user guide said. I charged it fully last night and I wrote her directions in my Captain's Log. So I just tried it on my neck by following her directions. I did 10 minutes on 1 side and 10 minutes on the other side. Now I have no stiffness in my neck. Now I can honestly recommend this portable rechargeable Tens unit. Now that I know how to use it the proper way, I will try it on different parts of my body. This tens unit is way better than MegaWise Tens Unit. If you're looking for a great Tens Unit for yourself or as a gift I highly recommend the Nursal TENS Unit. It actually works at least for me 😁👍💯 They have way better Customer Support vs MegaWise Customer Support!!! It had all the parts for this unit vs the 2 units I received from MegaWise. At least I still have lots of pads from both companies so I should not have to buy anymore pads for a while. The only thing I was not able to do with this unit is that I was unable to thread the lanyard to this device. That's no big deal because I can use this product without the lanyard attached. Maybe I might be able to have someone else to attach the lanyard for me. All I have to say the Nursal TENS Unit actually works. Highly recommended this for anyone that needs or wants a Tens Unit!!!! I also tried this on my back and on my legs last night. It gets all the stiffness out of my body so I can sleep more comfortable. I highly recommend this Tens Unit for yourself or it is a great gift 🎁Just a followup that I learned today. I had both the MegaWise Tens Unit and the Nursal TENS Unit. While my 2 MegaWise Tens Units didn't work for me I saved all the pads and wires from both units. While the charging cables and the pads are universal and can be saved and used for the Nursal TENS Unit, however I just discovered that the connecting wires that connect to the pads and the tens unit is not interchangeable. The MegaWise connecting cords have a Male connector. The Nursal connecting cords have a Female connector. Therefore since I have a Carry All Pack that I use for my tens unit and all accessories at least I can throw away the MegaWise connecting cords since I can't use them in my Nursal TENS Unit which does work correctly. I just wanted to pass this information on that whoever may want to look at Tens Units to know all of them are NOT exactly the same.

I love this little machine. I often use this when doing housework or when I’m out and about for several reasons. I broke my spine a few years ago, I’ve got sciatic issues, and I’ve also got an extremely painful cycle. This helps ALL of those to even just be able to get up and do the bare minimum. This is a great price for what it can do. It has alleviated so much pain. It might leave you a little sore if you leave it on for several hours, but it does the job. It’s also super lightweight and adorable with the little purple strap:)

I really like my tens unit. This is the second time I’ve bought the same or similar. I use it multiple times a day for shoulder pain. The only thing is that the pads do not stay adhesive for long. So after a couple months there is need to change them.

So far right out of the box this is impressive. Easy to click through and select the mode and then the power setting you want. Pain relief and relaxation are almost instant with a tens unit.I like the reusable pads, and the holder to place them on when not in use that also doubles as a holder for the cord. I used a little running alcohol to clean off my shoulders before placing the gel pads. And they stuck fine with no issues.The carry all bag is also nice to place it all in for storage and keeping it all together.

UPDATE on update: After I had let return time run out on previous unit (below), the seller reached out to me & replaced the unit. Very friendly & I found it refreshing for seller to pay attn to reviews & act upon them. And they offered to report the poor quality of their pads, so hopefully in near future the pads we will see "Revised pads" for sale. I really like the unit itself. Very easy for novices to handle.UPDATE: This, my 3rd Nursal was non working upon arrival! Received a month ago, I have been unable to use my new 24 mode unit until today & was excited to try the muscle mode, but the 'Intensity Adjustment' spot does not work. Holding it eye level for inspection, it appears the Mode Adjustment spots have been crushed or perhaps poor quality installation. Also, there is (oddly) a bright blue light shining up from the base that interferes with seeing the modes clearly. Possibly became unaligned when the mode adjustments got crushed? It is 3 days past return date, so my fault for not opening the box sooner. I was going to contact the Seller, hoping for an exchange but didn't see an option. I am very disappointed! Can't afford to buy another right now & when I can it will not be another Nursal.Original review: This is my 3rd nursal, 1st with 24 modes. I have used TENS units for 30 years. This brand for about 7 yrs. It is easy to use, but doesn't last long. I have a couple of older brands that still work after 30 yrs but can no longer find leads for them. Both Nursals quit working after a short while but with its fair cost, I've put up with it. The biggest disappointment is the pads are worthless! Placed on dry, non-lotion skin they are usable only one time. Pads that go to my older units still stick & are reuseable but do not work with the snap on pads for the nursal. The Nursal pads are costly, and in the assortment packages you get mostly tiny ones that aren't very useful. Paying near a dollar for each pad when ordering a certain size is a rip off. Especially since after one, maybe two uses. they no longer stick.. I re-wet them to activate what's left of the glue but they will not stay in place when moving around. The initial $20 cost ends up being triple that with having to frequently re-order pads.

Helps relax tight and painful muscles. Multiple intensities allow you to chose what is most comfortable for you. Very reasonably priced.

I've used this type of device off and on for many years. I have a lot of muscle pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back that has come and gone since Covid, and these devices help tremendously. This is not the best or the worst I've ever used. It has 6 modes with 4 variations each, auto shutoff, a large range of speeds, and an adjustable timer, which is pretty standard with these devices. It comes with a short usb cable, a travel bag, four large and two small electrode pads (other sets I've purchased generally come with twice as many, sometimes more). The pads are the snap-on type, so they are generally universal and cheap and easy to replace (order them here for $10...search for snap on electrode pads for pain therapy).Here's what's not great about this one:Really not that much variation between the modes and variations that I can tell, and virtually no progression from low speed to high.HERE'S WHAT'S REALLY BAD!The device comes with three sets of leads: two double, and one quadruple (as pictured). If, for whatever reason, you should inadvertently plug in the quadruple lead with only one set of pads, you DON'T tie off the loose set with electrical tape (also as shown), and they touch your skin when you turn on the device, you're going to get shocked! "Someone" used it late one night and didn't realize it had double leads, but he DOES know about electricity, so he did tape them off. As long as you're careful about that, it's decent. The quadruple lead allows you to do up to six areas at a time, so....
