They work way better than the ones i had before. These are bigger and your feet stay on them. If you’re looking for gliding discs these are the ones to get.

Great deal and well made
Cheap enough that it's a no brainer. Very well made, slide nicely on most carpets. For such a low price u can do a bunch of different exercises like hamstring curls, one legged side squats or lunges, abdominal pikes, all kinds if pushups with slide outs or single arm flies between each pushup. Comes with videos that will give u ideas and show you how to use them. Worth the price.

Gliding Disks for workouts
This is the second set of disks (previously from a different company) I had purchased. With the first ones, my feet slipped off the disks and didn't work at all. These disks worked perfectly well, my feet stayed on the disks and I am able to do mountain climbers with them as they glide on carpet quiet easily. I am happy with this set.

Great sliding discs
I just started using these. I didn’t know much about them until I signed up for an online exercise program where they were suggested to me,. These particular discs are for carpeting, which are harder to find. The best part about them is they come with a link to a program online giving you ideas how to use them, based on different skill levels, and desired results. That alone is worth the cost of these disks.

Súper stable
They have this brand at my gym and I bought them for home. I’ve used different styles of slides; but I like these the best. They are great with shoes, socks or bare feet. No slipping. The work well on carpet and they are durable. The plastic is easy to clean and sanitize.

If you look at the size of the other discs from Amazon, they are quite a bit smaller than these. This makes a huge difference. I tried the smaller ones and these sliding discs are perfect. I love the extra width.
