Broil King 957887 Imperial XLS Gas Grill, 6-Burner, Stainless Steel

Overall I'm very impressed with quality and performance of this grill. However, I'm very disappointed with their customer service. I had 2 problems when grill was assembled. One of the doors was damaged in transit and the lights were not working due to failed transformer. I contacted The company in Canada and was told parts would be shipped FEDEX same day. Thst was in early December. So far no parts and no phone calls.So in light of this experience I would have to not recommend this grill. I would not purchase again.

I would not recommend this unit. REPLACEMENT Parts were sent, Lights never worked, then the Knobs literally melted and fell to the ground. Elizabeth at Customer service soft-spoken, easily offended, Because I DARED to Raise my voice. I guess I get a little frustrated when I spend $2500.00 Plus, And the Product is inferior. Don't Buy this unit! Purchase a Built-in, or higher-rated unit.

I hate to write this review. This grill is very nice and very well made (except see below). Was easy to put together and I am sure will last a long time. It replaced a Weber we had for 10 years. Problem is that the lights over the grill and in the knobs ( a very cool feature) never worked. I called customer service and learned warrantee is only for parts (in the small print of their advertisements) they sent me a new switch and are sending me a new transformer when they get back in stock (been out of stock for 6 weeks - though I am sure they are building new ones, just not supplying warrantee items). Then I will need to tear the front of the grill apart and try to fix it.One would think that for over $2,000 that Broil King would send someone over to fix the thing - to restate: it never worked and these parts are not part of the assembly process, they are assembled at factory.I believe that this is a good company, they will make it right. Few weeks later - Flash! Sent parts, fixed lights, happy camper now 👍 Give it **** stars now. Great grill.

This grill is amazing , it came in a box on a pallet .It took roughly 1 hour to put the whole thing together and set up ready for service . All the parts went together easily , all the prefabed holes lined up very well . The grill is solid . All the drawers fit really well and slide easily . There is a ton of storage. The stainless steel is perfect not a scratch, it was packaged perfectly.Cooking on the grill is an experience. I can’t wait to grill . The heat is even and consistent no Nader where the food is placed , it all cooks evenlyThe lights are awesome . I would definitely recommend this grill.

A huge waste of time and money! Ordered this for my husband's birthday. It came without instructions and with only three out of six wheels. Without instructions, hard to tell what else was missing. I asked for hardware set and instructions and only received 6 wheels. After a third call additional parts were sent but still no instructions and found that we still had missing components! For this amount of money I would expect way better. Trying to get refund because this was such a disappointment.

This grill is amazing and you won’t be disappointed!
