Loved this book, love this author
From the moment I downloaded this I could not wait to finish the book I was reading and start this one - always a sign that I have found an author that entertains me. This had everything in spades, no unnecessary angst (check) lots of fun banter (check) lots of smexy times (check) a cute kid (check) and laugh out loud moments (will never look at a backpack without smiling again). I liked that there were no labels and the guys were comfortable in their own skin, if only all families IRL were as accepting. Only one minor error (an extra “to”) so I could enjoy the flow of an angst free but not unemotional read. This is the third book by this author I have read and I am sure I will read the rest of the series.

Another great addition to the series
I'm seriously addicted to the series. This book was another lovely read and had me in fits of laughter and a few tears, but all together very low angst and lots of steam. Can't wait to read the next book!

The Kelly Clan Return!
I'm growing to love the Kelly family more and more. In Hopeless Bromantics, the fourth book in the Love and Luck series (which should be read in order for the best experience), it's Brendan's turn to get his chance at an HEA when he unexpectedly reconnects with his high school bestie, Wade. It's been 14 years since they've seen each other, but Wade's son aside, it feels like they pick up just where they left off. Oh, there's one other teensy difference...they're now experimenting with 'extended masturbation'... revolutionising the bromance, indeed!Wade and Brendan just fit together. They're both pretty straight forward characters; they both have a strong family ethic...loving and loyal. Most importantly in their circumstances, they're great friends. I do love how easily Brendan bonds with Baxter (Wade's son). In fact, the little guy steals the scene frequently - he's adorable. There's also the obligatory cameos from other members of the Kelly clan and more of their funny group messaging. A big chunk of the book's humour comes from these passages. The plot was a bit thin: the men only meet again due to Brendan's company doing renovations to Wade's house, but we don't see much of that. Also, there's the storyline around Baxter's relationship with his mother, Lisa, which could have been fleshed out a little more for me.Overall, I think Hopeless Bromantics is a sweet, low angst, friends to lovers read. It's a very good addition to the series and I'm looking forward to the next installment (hopefully Connor's book). 4*An ARC was provided by GRR in exchange for an honest review.

A feel-good and hot read!
This is such a fun series, it’s sweet, hot, funny and just downright enjoyable and this latest instalment is no exception. I’d been itching for Brendan’s story and it really didn’t disappoint. What starts as two straight men getting off with each other evolves into so much more, and to watch him and Wade navigate through the change in their relationship and to start really seeing each other was such a treat. This story kept up the fun momentum; I LOVE the Kelly clan and their teasing and banter, Brendan’s family are a riot and the family group chat is so bloody funny. If you want a feel-good and hot little read, look no further!

Fun fab book
Brendan and Wade is the 4th book in this series and you don’t necessarily need to read all the others 1st but I would recommend it, Brendan is from a big family and it’s worth knowing who is who etc!Best friends once upon a time, meet again years later and reconnect, so much has happened in between but the pair still have an amazing connection even after all the years. What starts out as a bit of light relief develops fast and before we know it we have a 1st time MM romance going on! It’s sweet yet dirty, it’s unexpected at times, its shocking (how can a mother do that!) it’s funny, Baxter is just the cutest! And it’s all just so right! Worth a read for sure!

A really enjoyable read
I am really enjoying this series so far. I love the humour peppered throughout the books and I enjoyed Wade and Brendan's story. The pair rekindle their friendship when Wade moves back to Staten Island after his divorce with his young son in tow. I love bi-awakening stories and this one is all the sweeter because both men identify as straight. A really enjoyable read.

A fab read!
Another visit to the brilliant Kelly clan and another engaging, enjoyable read.Brendan reconnects with his old friend Wade, who is a recently divorced single dad. What neither expects is the attraction that grows between them.
