Quality product that works for reeding gums.
Fantastic. Doesn't hurt but does the job. Really gets to areas that you can't get to by flossing. If you have receding gums, this is for you. Our dentist gave us a coupon for the exact same product and Amazon beat that price by far. More importantly, my husband's gums have improved quite a bit. There's a little bit of upkeep required (cleaning, etc.) but worth the effort.

worth the money
I got suckered into a waterpick/brush combo that was reviewed at the top of the review site I visited. It still cost $99 at amazon where the water pik costs almost twice that. The unit I bought seemed kind of cheap when I first got it , but it worked great, for about four months, then it quit altogether. The company that made this item, a .com, was no longer doing business with Amazon. I was pretty much screwed as to any support for it. I ended up throwing it away. I bought a new water pik and I am not disappointed. My last one lasted six years and all it needed was a new hose. Instead of buying a new hose, I bought this other unit and made a costly mistake. The water pump on the water pik is kind of loud but it is way easier to regulate the flow with the dial than the other one with the buttons on the brush. Buy something that will last.

Fantastic item, but don't buy knock-off replacement brushes!
Love this product-- per my hygienist and dentist, it has improved my gums and almost completely eliminated plaque build-up. It makes brushing so much easier, too. One caveat: DO NOT buy cheap replacement brushes to use with this. I tried an off-brand replacement brush as they were cheaper, but the brush became permanently locked/fused to the brush arm. I tried many customer service and YouTube suggestion-fixess with no change, so I'm now buying a new device. My previous Sonic brush-flosser last 2+ years, so I can't be too disappointed. Only Sonic-Fusion brush heads for me from now on!

Water pic stops
Only problem is pic stops. You need a single receptacle surge protector. You then have to plug into non GFI outlet. Press pic switch and return to bathroom. It’ll work now for short period then it will happen again.

Excellent device- if used correctly! Read on...
This thing is fantastic. That said, there are a few things you need to know: 1. If you are new to electric brushing start slow- use once a day or every other day and use a regular brush the other times to adjust and avoid sore gums. 2. As much as you will want to look in mirror while flossing- look down into sink to avoid a mess of water everywhere! 3. Go slow. I still use the full water tank everyday, and that's ok. It's not a sprint, my goal is clean teeth not to beat a clock (or to conserve water). 4. Use warm water. Following these directions, and using My Smile teeth whitening, I have found my teeth are spotlessly clean and noticeably whiter (so much so people have commented and ask what I am using). I bought this because my dentist suggested a water pick for under my bridge. I'm glad I did. This is easy to use once you get the hang of it, the water pressure is plenty strong, it fits easily on my bathroom counter, and the results speak for themselves. It's interesting, I actually brush more because I notice now if something sticks to my teeth. They have never been cleaner!

Perfect and powerful. Worth the money
I love love love it. It is so powerful. It blasts out water and really does the trick. We tried the cheaper models... and in this case, spend a little more and get a high quality product.

It does two things really well.
I purchased this to reclaim some space and reduce the amount of plugged in devices around my bathroom sink. I already had a separate electric toothbrush and water pick which I loved and now I have one device that does both which I love even more. I like that it has a very small footprint and doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter. I also like that the water tube coil thing rotates in the socket 360 degrees, so it never gets tangled and goes right back into position after each use. Cleaning-wise, I feel like my mouth has never been cleaner. I love that I can just fill the reservoir and go from brushing to water flossing with the push of a button. The various adjustable speeds on the brush and the water jet should be suitable for anyone's tastes. Finally it's easy to keep clean than a standard toothbrush because the water flossing helps rinse away all the toothpaste residue which sometimes gets left behind. While it's a bit pricey, it ticks off so many boxes for me in terms of convenience and performance.

Love it but beware of black mold! (And how to avoid it)
Love being able to brush and floss at the same time. My teeth have never been cleaner. But beware of black mold that occurs due to a design flaw in my opinion. The bottom of the toothbrush has an open “crack” or ring around the outer edge. When you set the toothbrush on the charger, water and anything else on your toothbrush drops down and is sucked up into this crack. You cannot access or clean this crack, so if it happens, you cannot clean it. There are two other places mold can form. Under the water tank if you leave the tank in place after brushing. This location can be cleaned. On the brush handle under the plastic cover over the buttons. If this happens, it can’t be cleaned. (See pictures attached showing bottom of toothbrush and circular “crack” around the outside. See pictures attached showing of brush taken apart; all the black specks are black mold. Once you take the brush head apart, the brush is ruined. The only reason to do it is to dispose of the battery. There is no way to clean the mold once it gets in there. The purpose of the “crack” is solely assembly for the battery etc). Do I have mold already? - take the hose off the bottom of your brush. Tap the bottom of the brush many times into your sink. If you see black specks come out, you have black mold and need to check your warranty or dispose of it. If yellowish “gunk” comes out, you just have a dirty toothbrush. Keep tapping until it stops and run under hot water. Ok to keep using. How to avoid mold: - Do not add mouth wash into your water. Waterpik’s instructions say you can but the mouth wash has artificial sweetener in it that probably is what feeds the mold. My wife and I bought sonic fusions at the same time and she kept here’s cleaner but got black mold. The only difference is she had started adding moth wash a few months prior. - rinse unit with white vinegar solution periodically as per instructions. But note that this alone will not prevent the problem. Note one of my pictures that shows where the hose connects to the bottom of the toothbrush. The vinegar cleaning only cleans the water tank, the inside of the hose, and the inside of the brush. It never goes to the outer circular “crack”. That crack area has no way of being cleaned. - keep a hand towel next to your sonic fusion at all times. After you brush your teeth, DO NOT put brush on recharging base. Instead, wipe it off and lay the brush sideways on the towel. Now take the water tank, empty any unused water, and place it upside down in the hand towel. You only need to charge the brush head weekly or less anytime after it has had time to thoroughly dry. - wipe out the area under the water tank periodically. Otherwise, it will always be a little wet and can grow mold.

Mismatched items cost time and money!
I had one of these and loved it. I even rave about the product to my friends and bought one for Christmas as a gift for one of my best friends. It ended up being a mistake with plenty of consequences. The unit didn’t work, and after several attempts of investigating it once she turned it over to me, I found that the base unit and the toothbrush don’t match IDs, so the highly touted wireless connection didn’t work and would never work since they are tied to the unit’s ID. This careless mistake on the manufacturer’s side meant I was forced to take back the present and return it. I had to then personally repack it and bring it to the post office and pay $66.60 to ship it back. Amazon is only going to reimburse me for half of that, and only weeks from now. Terrible service on both Amazon’s part (I’ve always been able to get returns picked up but they don’t offer it anymore) as well as Waterpik for screwing up in the first place!

Worked for 10 good months, then the flossing stops working due to wirelessly connection issue.
Truely believe the product is a faulty given a large number of reviewers came back here with the same issue with wireless water flossing after a few months of use. I have contacted Amazon to contact seller for warranty services or compensation, if any. Will be back to update here upon their response. Update: 24/01/2023 got a auto-reply from the system that the seller of my unit is no longer Amazon, so I am not able to ask for further support. Will face a dispute under Australian consumer law.
