Can I get a replacement shoe?** A: My son got this for his daughter...my granddaughter. I assume her doll came with all the accessories. The only thing I can advise is to contact the seller and tell them your problem. They will usually try to remedy things by replacing the doll with another. Can't hurt to ask, as you should get what you pay for! **Q: Can Lottie dolls bend their knees to sit?** A: Yes, although not fully. I'm guessing they bend about 25 degrees at the knee. Mine will sit on a shelf with legs bent down over the edge. These are very cute dolls, nicely made. My granddaughters (3, 5 and 9 yrs) like them although the little girls have trouble dressing them by themselves, due to the snug fit of the clothing. **Q: where what country is this product made in?** A: I am not sure if this helps but I got this from their web site The dolls are manufactured in ICTI approved factories in China. Lotti, und meine Tochter findet sie wunderschön....sie spielt auch viel lieber damit als mit den Standard-Barbies. Ja, es gibt weniger Kleidung für die Lotti Puppen, das ist natürlich schade. Aber eigentlich stört meine Tochter das nicht - somit gibts halt nur 2 Wechsel-Outfits statt 20, dafür weiß man immer genau was wie zusammen passt :) Das beste an der Kleidung dieser Puppe ist laut meiner Tochter die kleine Unterhose :D die Puppe ist wirklich gut verarbeitet, die Haare halten fest und sind schön weich, auch die Kleidung ist gut genäht.
