I want to buy the one size (it's the cheapest). what does one size mean? does it come like a ball or just powder? how much chalk is it inside?

The 56 gram is a block of chalk about 4in x 4in x 1.5 in (not loose as the main description reads).

The 200 grams is roughly about 2 quarts in volume more or less (it's very light an fluffy).
