New sucks egosan changed more than package!
I used to love this brand not only did they change the packaging but underwear itself yes a bit lighter weight at the top which if you get sweaty good luck getting it pulled up I wore one today out and about ah to my surprise and embarrassment because I had a bladder disaster it let loose when I leaned forward in my wheelchair and urine ran out of leg cuff off my seat and onto the store floor quite embarrassed! I'm searching for a couple of the old packages now I either find them or another trustworthy brand OR I will have to stay home and be more homebound

Excellent for big man
Spouse who has Parkinson's is having more issues with incontinence. These underwear come up enough in front and back. Feel soft. Some others I had ordered cannot pull up enough and won't work so wasted money. Caregiver showed how you stretch the sides before putting on and grey tab goes in back (guess it could latch on to pants). Glad to see how these can be wet but not drip out onto clothing as the ruffled sides keep contained. Big difference at night in bed to keep urine contained (I also have a bed pad down top of sheet and underneath sheet but don't have to change that bed protector pad daily like before). Before this underwear I was doing 2-3 changes of briefs with inserted pads and shorts/pants a day so have reduced laundry with these briefs.
