Hard to drink
I feel like the opening isn’t big enough. The water doesn’t come out quickly and I end up gulping air. Ok I guess if you’re just drinking a little, I got it for working out and need a good swig of water, isn’t what I needed. Flip lid is nice and hasn’t leaked though.

Ok
The opening to drink is too small. Water does not come out if the opening easily, especially if you have ice in it.

Hand wash
The rubber handle has been very helpful on his new travel coffee mug.Looks good & the granite is a nice masculine color.Big fan of the easy to clean top, which can be run through the dishwasher and, locks well.He drinks coffee with milk & it just cakes up on those other safety seal spouts. As with most double walled aluminum travel mugs, the base must be hand washed. You can choose not to do this but 2 things may happen, as I discovered the hard way. One~ your outside finish will chip/scratch more easily. Two~ the inside breaks down so thing won't stay hot, or cold, as long as they used to.This does keep hot coffee hot.5 hours later, he was surprised and got a little sting bc he drank not sipped.Good jobsite, or hard activity, vessel.Btw, additional care instructions are Inside the mug so if you are going to wash or add liquid, good to know, in case you don't peak 1st & have to fish out scraps of paper with your bottle brush. Not that I would do this, just heard it may happen.

Very Well Insulated
This is one serious water bottle. Double-walled and made of stainless steel, it appears highly durable and will keep your drink extremely well insulated for a long time. I'm not entirely fond of the design of the bottle itself, but this is excellent for long trips and things of that nature. Here are some pros & cons:PROS-- As mentioned, this bottle insulates drinks extremely well. It keeps cold drinks nice and cold for a very long period of time. The same goes for hot drinks: it keeps my tea not just tepidly warm, but actually hot, for many hours.-- It's leak-proof. There's a tab on the top to seal the opening you drink out of, and it secures into place very tightly. To test it out, I held the bottle upside down and shook it vigorously; only a few drops managed to escape. With ordinary use, or if you accidentally knock it over, you won't have any leaks.-- The handle on the top makes for easy carrying. The handle swivels up and down.-- It's large enough to keep you hydrated throughout the day (20 oz.)CONS-- Due to the stainless steel and serious insulation, it's heavy. If you're carrying a lot of gear on a hike or just carry a lot of stuff on your commute, this may be a consideration. The difference in weight between this water bottle and a comparable stainless steel water bottle I have is noticeable.-- Personally, I find the drinking mechanism rather annoying. You flip open the tab, and there's a sort of lip around the opening. This means you have to basically pour the drink into your mouth instead of drinking from the opening directly. This is especially annoying when the liquid gets low and you have to turn it practically upside down to drink. As someone with a bit of a schnoz, I also find that my nose smushes up against the open tab.-- I also noticed it's not great for heavy protein shakes, because the opening the liquid comes out of is small and not ideal for thick beverages. All in all, this is excellent for keeping beverages warm or cold throughout the day, which makes it great for something like camping or hiking (if you don't mind the added weight). I'm not sure it will be my go-to water bottle for everyday use.

Keeps drinks cold or hot for a long time
I use water bottles every day when I go hiking with the dogs, and I particularly like this one because it's light and it keeps my water cold. I mean, it really keeps my water cold. The first time I used it, I put a bunch of ice cubes into the bottle and filled it with water, expecting the cubes to melt as I walked to add to the water in the bottle while also keeping it cold. Well. The ice cubes were still intact and largely unmelted, even by the time I got home! So I didn't have quite all the water I wanted. So I learned to just put a few cubes in and more water. It really keeps things cold for a very, very long time, so it's unnecessary to fill it with ice before adding your beverage just to keep it cold. Just a few cubes is more than adequate.A few times, I've filled it with coffee before going out and almost couldn't drink it because it kept it so hot--I was actually hoping it would cool down a bit. So now, if I fill it with coffee and know I want to drink it within about four hours, I add an ice cube just to get the temperature down a little so I can drink it without burning my mouth. The bottom line is that it really does keep things cold or hot. Now, if I know I fill the bottle first thing in the morning with coffee and want it to stay hot all day (until evening), I don't add an ice cube. The coffee stays hot most of the day and is fine by evening.I love the aqua color, too. Not only is it my favorite color, but it's easy to see if I set it down in the woods. There are very few things in nature that are blue/aqua, so it stands out and I can find it easily without any problems. The bottle is easy to clean by hand washing. I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher (I think it recommends hand washing, anyway). Because it is stainless steel, it doesn't seem to "hold on" to flavors/odors, so I can have coffee one day and water the next without feeling like I'm drinking coffee both days. It's also made well and if I drop it (which I have--several times) it comes through unscathed. And it's fairly lightweight. All good when I'm hiking several miles and don't want to be weighted down.
