Helps to get rid of migraine headaches
If you have migraine headaches try taking 5 B2 tablets and 1 Magnesium tablet every morning. I had migraine headaches every day, often I would have one long headache for a week. I went to a specialist and he recommended B2 and Magnesium. This worked better than any pain killers. I still get migraine headaches but they are only 3 or 4 times a moth and they are less severe. Give it a try.

Wonderful supplement!
Excellent product! I have been taking Riboflavin for a large portion of my life. Nutricost hit the ball out of the park on this one. The size is easy to swallow, and it is the size of a normal capsule. There is no distinct smell to it either, so if you are concerned that it may stink, rest easy that it does not. It is also gluten free, which I needed. The bottle is not difficult to get into, as it has a normal screw on top which does not require a lot of hand strength to open. It is not so easy, though, that the top comes off on its own. It is secure, even when traveling. Be warned — it will typically change the color of your urine, and makes it brighter. It does not cause the bowl to stain, though. Simply be aware that your urine may change colors when using it. I take the amount daily prescribed by my doctor. If in doubt, definitely talk with your doctor about using it and also about the dosage for you. Personally, it has been a great supplement to assist with migraine prevention. Price point is great, too! Auto-ship helps both on savings and also helps me to not run out. Would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again!!

Quality supplement
I bought this to see if I'm low in B2. I read that if your urine is very yellow after taking this supplement, that means you have excess B2 that the body is excreting. It sure worked!

Perhaps a miracle cure
It's a miracle cure for migraines (along with routine chiropractor and appropriate neck sleep pillow.). I stopped taking Tylenol because of this. I learned from dr berg that I take 100 mg for every 1 hour at onset of pain for 4 hours upto 400 mg.
